I explained to them what happened and that I didn't have the crown, along with being painful to eat. Went in today, they took an xray of the molar. Dentist came in took a look, asked if I had the crown, explained that I didn't, asked when it came off, told him Friday. He stated he needed to talk with the head dentist, Dr Shaw. 10 minutes later, the assistant manager came in and said since a previous dentist had done the work, I would need to go to that location, as the dentist had moved. Asked why I wasn't informed Monday when I called, as the other office is 35 minutes (compared to 10). Assistant manager said the office staff doesn't know this info. i said that was inexcusable as all the info is in my file. there Was no apology from any of them. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL BEAVERCREEK! Incompetent people working there.

(PLEASE NOTE: He's also a "nice guy".) But even more important to me is that I can trust his decisions. He has managed to address each implant in a manner that is both cost efficient (I don't have dental insurance) and successful. (ANOTHER NOTE: This hasn't been an easy task...I have a small mouth and a jaw that locks if I open it too wide. Not the most ideal situation for a dentist). If finding a doctor that takes the time to analyze your true needs is important to you, then Dr. Miremadi is the right choice.

Because of this, I'll keep this at 4 stars rather than 5, because it's tough to tell if they're the best when there is no comparison. Here's what I can tell you, the service from entering to exiting is great. The secretaries, hygienists, and Dr. Mazzola are all very nice and extremely knowledgeable of their trade. I'm fortunate to have never had any issues with my teeth except for one filling at a young age, however, I have heard Dr. Mazzola describe to other patients about procedures they will have done, and from what I've heard (wow, I think that is eaves dropping hardcore, sorry) his knowledge and understanding of all I've heard is phenomenal. Everything is explained in CLEAR terminology and the patients are informed of what will be done to the highest extent. I try to be empathetic and feel if I were in a position to have something done, he's the type of guy I'd like to handle it. If you attend this dentistry, make sure you make an appointment early. I try and determine when I'll be home from school and make an appointment around that time. This time home I had to cancel and the earliest appointment available for a routine cleaning was 2 months later. Thankfully, I was able to find someone that canceled. I don't see this as a negative. It means people are going to this dentist for a reason. I Recommend Dr. Mazzola and his team to the highest caliber!!!

Poor customer service!! They cost me $376 more than what i was quoted. I went in for my first visit…read morefor a cleaning they did xrays and wanted me to come back for some work...my last office i had gone to for 12 years and never went for anything other than cleanings. But Dr. Matt wanted to replace my silver fillings with white ones. he says my silver had been in there awhile and the white hold up better. now mind you i had not had any problems with my teeth before this visit but whatever i'll trust the professional. well when they called it in they didn't tell my insurance EXACTLY what they would be doing, ie using the white fillings. my insurance doesn't cover the white fillings so i had to pay 100%!!! If you have to go here make sure to get in writing what they will be doing and call it into your insurance yourself since they can't be trusted to do their jobs :/ Sad really i honestly fell robbed. I have Anthem insurance which is pretty big i would think they know that they don't cover the white fillings and the fact that they don't even offer the silver fillings at this office they knew i'd be paying 100% of this and they didn't inquire about it at all.
