Process of evaluating the incident was sloppy with very poor communication switching several agent to evaluate the claim. It took 17 days for the claim adjuster for "Phone interview" related to incident and at that time instead of hearing our side of story, started blaming us for the accident, was belligerent, rude, totally unprofessional and outright nasty. On the first phone interview informed us that the company is going to pay the other party full amount claimed. I wish there was rating below # 1. We were well taken care of when we submitted a claim for a flooding issue, however I do not know what role the agent played in that (if any) because I dealt with another individual during that period. Rarely does anyone answer the phone, and the one time he did answer, it was an abrupt "HOLD ON" greeting and then a long waiting period...so long you have no choice but to hang up and try again. If you leave a message, you may or not ever get a return phone call. We are now in the process of trying to secure our independence from this agency, and it hasn't been an easy task. One of the best as far as professionalism and rates. I have had the pleasure of working with Dan Sparks and anytime I left a message or had a question, I received a call or email from him. He would go over with me on all my insurance needs annually being that I had my cars, home, investment and umbrella policies with him. They gave me the option of removing and adding coverages when my son went back to college and everytime I called, I was sent an email that the cars were either out of storage or back in storage.
