I reached out to Tim after a not so fab experience with another accountant after relocating to the area. Finding an accountant is seriously as difficult as finding a great hair stylist. I had all my documents scanned in, emailed them over, and we met in person because I just wanted to go through this face to face step. I did not have many questions, and Tim put me at ease immediately. My taxes were done and paid for quickly (it behooves you to have your s_i_t together....just saying). Absolutely seamless. I've been calling and emailing for almost two and a half weeks just trying to get the documents I need to fix the issue. I've been given multiple promises and timelines, but I'm still waiting.
