The window operator failed, the rear window wiper failed and one of the slider handles failed. Just to make me feel like I did my due diligence, I took the vehicle to another body shop to get a secon d quote. I was shocked when the second quote came back at nearly double the price quoted by Dewey's. The repairs were completed perfectly in less than 8 hours without surprises provided by the final bill. In another event, my 2007 Subaru was hit in a parking lot. These repairs were far more complex than the van. The work took 5 days to complete (not surprisingly). The finished work was beautiful! My 11 year old Suby looks like new! This was one of those jobs that could easily have been more than anticipated due to hidden damage. When I picked up the car, the bill was exactly what the insurance company estimated. I would not have been surprised to have to pay some extra, but that isn't what happened. What I want from a body shop is quality work without any surprises. That is exactly what I got at Dewey's. Great workmanship, awesome staff great price!! One last thing, they give you a lifetime warranty on their work! Who does that?!!

I can't say enough good things about this company. I had a "fender bender" last winter that was…read morerepaired by this shop. Their repair schedule was full and, since my car was drivable, I had to wait a few months to get it repaired. But, it was definitely worth the wait because they did a fantastic job and my car looks like new. Unfortunately, I recently had a parking lot incident which resulted in a bad scrape to the side of my car, and it also affected a tire. When I brought it back to Lakeview Body Shop for an estimate, again their schedule was full for several months. But since I told Aaron (the owner) that I had plans to move out of state soon, he assured me that, depending on what needed to be done and availability of parts needed, he would try to get me in ASAP. True to his word, I was called in a few days and told that I could bring my car in the next week. When I brought my car in for the repairs, Aaron personally took the time to explain to me that since one tire had been damaged, and the tread on all of my tires was extremely low, I should get all four tires replaced. He then took the time to work directly with Discount Tire to secure and mount all four new tires, keeping me informed and in the loop during the whole process. I honestly can't say enough good things about Lakeview Body Shop, Aaron, and Sue and Melanie in the office. If you need any body repairs to your vehicle, you should call them. Even if you have to wait, I promise that you won't be disappointed. The service and repairs that you get will be well worth any wait that you may have. And, the fact that there is a wait should say something, right?

I have a 2014 Chevy Suburban and I was in a car accident in February. Some lady hit an icy patch…read moreand slid through an intersection and struck the front side of the driver's side portion of my vehicle. The work on the front to replace the headlight was amazing and it was so amazing, I didn't even see the long scratch in the finish coat they put on the driver's side door after they tried to blend in the paint. I did, however, notice the handle as soon as I tried to pull my door shut, the clips inside cracked and now I have a broken handle. I mentioned about the back bumper needing repair and to please add it to the list of items damaged in the accident (because I bounced into another car and swerved back into the first one) and he said he would have to write that down and of course never fixed it; forgot about it completely. He gave me a card to reach out later but honestly the only thing good about this place was the customer service. I should not ever find hidden broken clips in my door handle that someone tried to cover up nor should I see a scratch in the finish coat of paint that runs the entire length of my door. I will be taking it someplace else to fix their mistakes.

6 Stars!!! As a…read more9-year Yelp Elite Member, I have never wanted to go beyond the 5-star rating limitations until now. Seriously I have no issue roasting poor service. Check out my history of other reviews. In a quick nut shell Anne and her entire team were outstanding to the fullest extent. Here is what I was looking for: 1) Knowledgeable: This not only includes automotive experience and capability but also familiarity with navigating the challenges of the auto-insurance process. They are very confident with both and for good reason, saving me considerable time. 2) Quality: My Ford Bronco is my baby. They said, "We will treat your vehicle as if it were my mother's" They literally told me this but actually delivered. See attached before and after pictures. Had a few shops give me quotes. While obtaining quotes, Precision spent way more time digging into my Bronco to try and catch everything, opening all the doors, hood, climbing underneath etc. MUCH more than the other shops. Ultimately they actually went above and beyond by also touching up some stone chips on the hood since they had matching paint, including removing a spot of petrified tree sap that I was never able to get off the hood. 3) Value: I always assess value as the proper ratio of price and service. Prices are pretty much dictated by the insurance companies therefor service is a significant factor. On top of the quality aspect mentioned they worked with me a lot. I am an engineer so I probably had MANY more questions than typical for them. Anne and the Technician patiently listened and happily addressed everything I had. They provided honest expectations for anticipated work and timing and ultimately overdelivered on timing greatly minimizing my time without a vehicle. Huge value! My actual repair was in November so I apologize for getting this out much later than I normally would. However with the Holidays I wanted ensure this review did my experiences justice. I hope to never seem them again, but if needed there is no doubt of where I will go!

They left feedback forms, post-op care instructions (signed by all staff), the paper on the floor to keep oily footprints is backed in plastic.
