I was able to text him (which was great) because skillful massage therapists are always busy working. So, it can be challenging to get an answer immediately. I understand this dilemma well. Thankfully, Ricky had something at 630pm. I scheduled a 30 mins half table session. Let me tell you, in less than 2 minutes, he found the spot that was aggravated - I immediately asked for an hour. Freshly warmed sheets and a heated table are even better. 3) the lady sneezed a few times in the room and even though my eyes were closed I don't think she sanitized her hands. Thankfully at this point, the drape was on me so she didn't touch my skin after sneezing. 4) although I walked out relaxed and the massage therapist got some knots out, about an hour later, my upper back felt a new kind of pain and feels out of adjustment. I even think my therapist deserved what she wanted me to give but it was the approach ! I even asked her name so I can come back and request her because every therapist is very different and I would want to come for the same therapist and would go out of my way to fit her schedule but "they don't give out names, you get who you get." I only came here because I had a gift card and came from Hercules. I would only come back if I could get the same therapist and not have to deal with that lady in front. They all deserve the price they want but just set it at that price don't coerce a customer to "tipping" your minimum "recommendation." Set your prices with what you want minimally because the quality and service matches and just get rid of tipping altogether so a customer does not feel coerced and unsatisfied leaving.
