I opted to give the tip at the end. 2) upon entering my room, the sheets were damp so I felt a bit cold. If anything the sheets to lay in and drape over you should've been dry. Freshly warmed sheets and a heated table are even better. 3) the lady sneezed a few times in the room and even though my eyes were closed I don't think she sanitized her hands. Thankfully at this point, the drape was on me so she didn't touch my skin after sneezing. 4) although I walked out relaxed and the massage therapist got some knots out, about an hour later, my upper back felt a new kind of pain and feels out of adjustment. She adjusted me towards the end and I didn't expect that. I don't think they're supposed to do that. She was nice and the hot stones were great but the few details such as damp sheets, sneezing without disinfecting your hands.

I came for a one hour full body massage so I got settled in for that. The masseuse was alright, but I didn't like that she was using her elbows so much. It really hurt and I let her know. She lightened up a bit but still continued to use her elbows. Then I heard someone open the door WHILE I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF MY MASSAGE and start talking to my masseuse. I heard the door open and close a few times and later found out they switched masseuses in the middle of my massage. I wasn't aware of this until I was leaving and I'll explain why. Going back to my massage, the second lady continues and then her phone starts ringing super loud and she answers it while massaging me! Turns out, my second lady was the receptionist who checked me in and she was answering their business line, because she was asking the person who called if they wanted to make an appointment. That was so annoying. Lastly, when she had me flip over at the end, she massaged my face which was horrible. She slathered a bunch of oil everywhere, some even got in my mouth. And she was flopping her hands on my face, not particularly pleasant for a face massage specifically. I probably should have told her I don't want the face, so my fault for that. Then when I was leaving I gave the receptionist $5, cause I was so disappointed in my service. She goes, "Can you give another $5 since two people massaged you? I have to split the tip." Um okay I didn't know two people massaged me until just now! I said this is all the cash I have so she pulls out my receipt for my service and said here you can add the tip on your card and she made sure I tipped $10 so it could be split between the two of them. Ridiculous! Never coming back here again. Also my spine hurts like crazy because of all the elbow digging

Let me start by saying... I am not a massage therapist's favorite client. My body is basically made…read moreof rocks, boulders, and steel -- especially in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. So when Coco started my 2-hour session and asked what kind of pressure I wanted, I said: extra hard, please. And she did not hesitate. The first hour honestly felt like a full-on wrestling match (in the best way). Elbows working overtime, digging into every knot and layer of tension I've been carrying around. She may be small-framed, but the strength and control? Next level. I know some people feel a certain way about these Asian reflexology-style spots, but I don't discriminate -- because every once in a while, you find a someone who truly delivers. Coco is that person. After she worked on one side of my back, I had to stop and ask for her name so I could make sure I request her again. What stood out most was her understanding of leverage, pressure, and muscle release. She knew exactly how to find the hidden tension points and work through them. And when she hit areas that were especially tender, she adjusted -- shifting to slower, more controlled movements. At times, her rhythm even synced with my breathing, which helped the muscles release even more. That level of awareness? Rare. This is not a gentle, fall-asleep kind of massage -- and that's exactly what I want. I go for real work, to break through tightness and pain, and Coco delivered. If you're looking for a deep, no-nonsense massage that gets into those stubborn knots, Coco is your person. Yes, it's not for everyone -- and that's okay. But for me? I'll absolutely be back to see Coco.

I have never been so insulted and speechless from the actions of my therapist. I will not name her. But her actions will have me looking for a new place for a massage. After speaking with management about my concerns and issue they said that it would be addressed and dealt with. I will return with a new therapist. Thank you for listening and understanding.
