Stayed in my car too! So no germ spreading. Inspection cost $7 bucks, it's law and standard for vehicles. So I don't know why people say they get charged more at other shops. Huge Parking not. Don't pull in the port on the street side cause that's the exit. Waiting area is locked and closed so don't be pulling on the door and getting more Covid germs. Quick, fast, and friendly service. Once, they failed to replace my dipstick! That resulted in oil spray all over the engine compartment. This time, it was the tire pressure. I asked for 33 psi all the way around. Air pressure is listed as part of their service. They lost two of my valve caps. I did not get the pressure I requested. No two tires were the same, and none of them was 33 psi. Nope! After not being able to find a double DIN dash conversion for my vehicle, Jerry personally custom wired harnesses by hand to install a brand new head unit. Jerry also fabricated a custom faceplate for me, converted my door speakers to a much higher quality sound output and wired in a rather large sub in my trunk. The entire time he sent me text updates and alerted me when he ran into issues, as well as photographs of his progress. Absolutely would and have recommended Jerry's business to my friends, you really get what you pay for with him!

He quoted me between 200-300 dollars and I said that sounded kinda high but if he got everything working I'd be ok with it and he said yes definitely everything would function. Basically what he did was saw off some of the trim put an adapter on my old harness and plugged it into the double din, he then threw it in there and sawed the bezel up so it would go back on and stuffed styrofoam into the cracks. Any novice could have done what he did in less than an hour. He charged me the full 300 and had the audacity to charge an extra 40 bucks on top of that for parts. On top of thise...they got the rear speaker fades reversed and 3 of my mid range speakers had no power going to them. They didn't even know the head unit I brought in to install had steering wheel control built in. When I brought these matters to their attention they wanted to charge more to get what they promised in the first place. DIYers have documented jobs 100x better for less than $100 including the customized bezel that makes the unit look like it was factory. These guys are crooks and terrible at what they do. Was given dirty looks and talking amongst themselves when I wanted to watch my car being worked on. Most places have windows into the service bay where you can watch. THE BIGGEST ISSUE: After my oil change was done and I received the car I noticed a few things. When my car went on it's "test drive" after the oil change, I realized my car had been driven in a spirited manner. My drive mode had been changed to sport, my gauges were set to track, my oil was above "test drive" temperatures and most of all my vehicle app had recognized the car going above posted speed limits. This is unacceptable.
