Post COVID-19 shutdown meant a short wait in line while they checked people in and explained that all ordering is done in the app. But we could then choose our table and settle in to check the menu on the app. We both chose a glass of Pepperjack Shiraz and the 280g Black Angus Rump. Both steaks were perfectly cooked medium rare and the steak cut chips super crunchy. This includes 2 dollar steak nights on Sundays and 1 dollar taco nights on Tuesdays. These are just some of the examples of meals for under 10 dollars every day of the week. Don't be fooled by the cheap price however because the food is definitely up to standard. On Fridays there is also a great deal for groups of 5 people or more, this gives a group a meal platter worth 80 dollars when you book in. The Drink prices are fairly pricey however so this is where people wanting a cheap night out need to watch out as the cheap meal deal can quickly get pricey. There is also a wide range of live music nights such as Monday karaoke, live music on Sunday and a great range of other live local acts through the rest of the week. A joke of a punishment for the crime. On video you can see this sick man speed up in a Audi, intentionally, to hit a child on a bike on the side of the road out of traffic. He proceeds to scream at the child, while the child pleaded for his life. I hope karma does her magic. Even more concerning is how Mr. Wright seemed to justify his actions by blaming the child's bike as "illegal," rather than genuinely acknowledging the danger and illegality his own driving posed. I expect higher ethical standards and community responsibility from anyone at the helm of a hospitality business. While the restaurant itself may serve somewhat average food or drinks, I personally cannot support an establishment whose leadership shows such disregard for safety and empathy--especially when a young child's wellbeing is at stake. Until clear accountability and genuine remorse are demonstrated, I'll be dining elsewhere. If you care about patronizing businesses that reflect your values, I would encourage you to consider taking your money and support elsewhere, too. The experience at these venues sucked before these events occurred too, every other option nearby provide a way better experience. Terrible for family photos. Terrible lighting
