My teenagers appointment was at 3:15PM today and there were only people in two other chairs. With plenty of staff around yet while trying to make my next appointment for 6 weeks out I'm being told they can't accommodate me on any day in the afternoon. NOT ANY AFTERNOON APPOINTMENTS AT ALL. Ridiculous considering the amount of money I am paying. When it's my son's turn he will not be getting braces here. I do not recommend this place, they were nice and accommodating during the initial appointment and since then it gets less personable and I'm sure that's because the money is being taken so they clearly don't care about your experience or schedule once they have your account information. Do yourself and children a favor and go somewhere that values your time and money. read more

Walk in and say hi and you'll see what makes them special. Talk about smiles and hospitality. I came in for a consultation on an issue I have with my bite. I had my 2 and 3 year old girls that I had to watch and the staff was there to help every step of the way. They gave balloons and books for the girls. They very very fast in getting me in and out. The office smelt great! Essential oils were being diffused. Beautiful paint and decor. And the staff were all smiles! Really cool. They took x-rays and photos to provide me with the beat possible solution to my dental needs. After the consultation the Mr. Garcia himself care into the office and provided me a summary of care he could provide and some possible referral work if he couldn't perform all of the necessary treatment. I'll have to finish up with my part to see if I can get my insurance to cover some of the proposed costs for treatment. Invisalign is not cheap Andy where you go, but that's what I requested. But besides that I would highly recommend this orthodontist to all of my friends and family who are looking for possible treatment. read more

Update: I have finished my treatment with Dr. Garcia and I highly recommend him! He made sure I was completely satisfied with my teeth. I have to mention i had huge spaces throughout my teeth and were pushed out. My treatment was not a small job. I'm learning to smile with my teeth showing which is something I've never done. The price he quoted from the beginning never changed and it was the best price around town If it required more work and time on his part for me to be completely happy he made it happen and at no extra charge to me. He really does care for his patients which is rare nowadays. The staff is great also always friendly. I truly couldn't say enough good things about my experience! We went to see Dr Garcia for a second opinion after we were told by another orthodontist in town that nothing could be done to correct my daughter's deep bite. They said they could straighten her teeth but her bite would always be the same. At our first meeting with Dr Garcia, he said that correcting her bite would be his first priority and then he would worry about straightening her teeth. My daughter just had her braces taken off today and thanks to Dr Garcia, she has straight teeth, a corrected bite and a beautiful smile! I'd shop around if I were you. I didn't. I went there first. After I signed the papers and braces were put on two of my kids, I realized that it was going to be difficult to get appointments in the afternoon. Certain procedures are only done in the mornings. I explained to the lady at the desk several times that I can't just take off of work for an orthodontist appointment. Also, other than metal and brackets on my kids teeth- I have no idea where my money went. There's no explanation of what exactly you pay for. I'd shop around. I feel like I was ripped off. My daughter has been a patient since 2nd grade. She is now a freshman in high school. Dr Garcia, the hygienists and the front staff are top notch! Nothing but positive words for them until my daughter's last visit. When leaving I spoke to I am guessing is a new receptionist. She would not work with me on a later in the day appointment. I realize some appointments have to be at a certain time due to the treatment. This appointment was just a check up. She was short and no apology for not being to work with me. I didn"t want my daughter to miss any school and I can't leave work early. Apparently neither offices had a late afternoon? So reluctantly I took it. I decided the next day to call and see if someone else could help. Berenice was able to give me a couple of options for later in the day. Thank you!! Nice office and people, and seem to be doing an awesome job on my daughter's teeth. Downsides? It's VERY difficult to get any emergencies looked at or fixed outside of very limited office hours. I've alo asked that one of the technicians not work on my daughter after several incidents where her hand slipped or she was clumsy and hurt her. I had to ask several times. read more

He discovered some issues with my daughter's breathing that were leading to problems with her braces...He referred us to a specialist who is working out the breathing problems, thus preventing possible major health issues in the future.
