Complex needs to be updated badly and not worth the rent some pay 825 and some pay 840 for the same crappy apartments. I wish I would have took my time when deciding to live here. My kitty cat, Zelda, likes it here too. I can pretty much walk to a lot of places and there's bus stops a block away in either direction. Trader Joe's is less than two blocks away and Aldi is about a one mile walk. I can have packages shipped to the office so I know they're safe. Many have said that Mr Robin is the nicest landlord in the city and I believe that to be true.
