I was looking for a radon mitigation tech because my home tester device was reading over 12 pCi/L, which is very high. The EPA recommends mitigation at levels above 4 pCi/L. So, I called A1 Healthy Homes for a radon mitigation system quote and James sent me all the relevant info. The appt only took a few hours, and a few days after the mitigation system was installed our radon level was reading below 1 pCi/L, which is excellent. He took 195 pictures during our home inspection and sent them to me through Dropbox so I could down load them. And is report was so in depth and helpful I have easily forwarded this hard work Rick has done to other people (handyman, painters, contractors) to get accurate estimates of what these issues will cost to get repaired. He did such a good job with the description and pictures I am able to get competitive quotes on the work that needs to be done without even being there or having to let tons of people in do run through and get an estimate! So awesome! AND the entire time he did the home inspection and I asked a question he would stop and take time explaining to me what was wrong how to fix it and even his guess at what it would cost to repair. Home inspections are expensive! And at first I was dreading this expense, but after meeting Rick and seeing how much he has help us and all the money he has saved us I am so thankful he was our home inspector!!! Just the best! Thank you so much Rick!!
