I took 20 classes in 30 days, and tried all except the hot yoga. PROS: -Beautiful studio! The space is gorgeous and clean with lots of natural light in the pilates area and fun neon lights in the HIIT class area. -Great selection of classes and times to choose from. -The classes themselves are wonderful- HIIT ranged in difficulty and the pilates was always fantastic. -Low sugar plant-based smoothie menu was awesome. CONS: -Customer service- This was my biggest problem with the studio. I was rarely greeted or acknowledged when entering the studio or when leaving. Entire classes went by when I was not acknowledged at all. It was a very cold/unwelcoming environment. I felt incredibly out of place and always left feeling kind of...sad. There was just one instructor who actually learned my name and was friendly to me, and I took multiple classes from her (she was great). After I joined the studio I never got a "tour" / nobody showed me around or told me what to expect from different classes. I was left on my own to figure it out. I have tried lots of studios around town so felt mostly comfortable in the classes but if I was new to this type of exercise, I would be totally lost. -Price- I paid a little over $200 for a new member special 30 day deal. That gets you one (just one!) class per day. There were times I wanted to do a HIIT class in the morning and check out a hot yoga class in the evening but I was not willing to pay an additional $25 to double up. There *are* 75 minute HIIT/Pilates combo classes, though. -No private bathroom area/locker room. The bathroom area is shared with whatever business is down the hall. It's a typical office building bathroom situation- no hooks on bathroom stall doors or surface to put down a bag. Not convenient for the days I had to change after work. No bowls of hair ties/tampons or dry shampoo like every other studio I've been to has. Overall, with a more welcoming vibe and the option to double up on classes, I'd come back. Otherwise there are plenty of other studios around town that offer the same workouts with a better atmosphere, and for a better price.

Side note: I had no concept of humidity and the effects of such on the human body, so that was an environmental shock. I walked in and was immediately greeted by athletes waiting to join the class I wanted to drop in on and watched the prior class kick booty. My schedule had changed last minute so I didn't get a proper chance to alert the coaches to my drop in request. Just an email late the night before. I hoped to join, seeing as how my pre booked cab was coming to get me in about an hour anyway. Coach Lauren let me into the class after a waiver sign and we got started. Not but 2 minutes into the warmup my tank top was clinging to my skin like snot to a kids nose. I was drenched in sweat. Why is the south so sweaty hot?! Clearly a California girl, the rest of the class were maybe mildly glistening, if that at all. I loved the workout and everyone was super nice. I had a great partner for the workout and honestly, it's women like Allie are the reason I love CrossFit and the community. Strong, beautiful, amazingly nice and just inspiring. She and other strong women there are the future to turning the saying "like a girl" into something totally different. The facilities were great! Nice high rope climb suitable ceilings, a whole separate room full of platforms just for lifting (*drool*), great people, awesome vibe, nice little athlete chillout area with couch, clean bathrooms, organized and intelligent programming! The address does make it seem like they are off the main street but they are in the back of the building. I had a great time, and I'm kind of hoping to go back and workout with Red Stick athletes again. When is it not humid?

My experience left me feeling like the system is designed more to continue billing members than to provide a straightforward customer experience. I signed up for what I believed was a 6-month personal training program and paid for those six months. When I attempted to cancel after completing the term, I was told the agreement automatically converts to month-to-month billing unless a 30-day written notice is submitted. This was never clearly explained when I signed up. I submitted my cancellation request on March 6 and was informed another payment would still be drafted because the contract requires a 30-day notice. It raises the question of what the purpose of a 6-month agreement is if it automatically continues into month-to-month billing. Based on how the contract is structured, it appears you would need to cancel around the fifth month to avoid being charged after the sixth month. Even after submitting a cancellation, you may still be billed for another month depending on your billing date. Another frustrating part of the process is how cancellations are handled. You can sign up for a membership directly at the gym, but cancellation must be completed through a separate website or by contacting a third-party billing company rather than the gym itself. Having different systems for signing up and cancelling makes the process unnecessarily confusing and difficult. The billing is handled through a company called ABC Fitness Solutions rather than Club4Fitness directly. After dealing with this situation, I looked into the company and found a very large number of negative reviews and complaints online related to billing and cancellation issues. It is something I wish I had researched before signing anything. I am sharing my experience so others fully understand how the contracts, billing structure, and cancellation process work before committing to any kind of membership at Club4Fitness.
