Really great if you want to NEVER feel prioritized. I felt prioritized on the day I signed up, and…read morebelieve me, that was the ONLY time I felt it. Since signing up and getting an abundance of false promises - "we will find you a job," "you are a priority," and other such nonsense, the only, and I mean ONLY time I have heard from them in FOUR months was when I called and reached out to them. I even said I'm looking for something short term and temporary and really desperate. This meant nothing to them apparently. I have received ZERO interviews, ZERO phone calls, ZERO emails, ZERO text messages, ZERO linkedin messages- NOTHING. In four months. NOTHING. I would never sign up with them. Go to literally anyone else if you want a shot of getting an interview. I even had to call the company, get transferred, and ask why they weren't responding to my emails and messages. Waste of time.

You absolutely get what you pay for: we live modestly, but my kids' development (and safety) was the highest priority. When I left my children with a caregiver, I didn't want someone to allow them to gobble chicken nuggets and goldfish in front of the tv. At the end of every day, I received a calendar journal listing what both kids did, ate, etc. She planned playdates, trips to museums, concerts and story time, art projects, holiday activities; the list is endless. She calmly and consistently required polite, considerate behavior. Christina is warm, high energy, creative, honest, organized and resourceful. Six years later, my kids have outgrown the need for a nanny, but she is still a consistent, loving presence in my kids' lives. She still comes in town to visit us at Christmas, for birthdays, and sends postcards and souvenirs when she travels. Adrienne listened and delivered several strong candidates who fit the criteria I provided. I received phenomenal value for every penny I paid PC Home Staffers (and our nanny).
