Verity recruiting found my first gig in Dallas for me and I moved from Los Angeles to Dallas for the opportunity they got me. All through my 11months working relationship with Verity, we were able to build a very good rapport and they addressed all my needs/concerns to ensure I was happy. I have moved on from Verity's client over a year ago and I still have a very close relationship with individuals at the firm and the firm as a whole. They got my wife her job in Dallas, they attended my wedding and have always been there. If you are looking for a recruiting company that you can work with and feel like a human and not a metric or a dollar sign.... Verity is it!

I have worked for this company before and came back after several years. Diane is very friendly,…read moreknowledgeable, and efficient. I called about subbing again for Kelly Educational, and I got an onboarding packet emailed to me immediately. The next week I was at orientation (which was really relaxed, enjoyable, and informative. Diane is a hoot!) and I was working that same week. There are many more locations to sub at than the last time I worked for this company, so it is really easy to find an assignment on the days you want to work. Also really easy to take off when you need to. Direct deposit and they pay once a week, as opposed to other districts, which only pay once a MONTH. Normal districts would require you to work a whole month and then get paid the following month, sometimes having to wait 6 weeks for a check! Other districts need to use Kelly Services to book their subs. It would be much easier, and the districts would have less liability, therefore making it easier on everyone involved (Employer, Employee, Admin, Other Teachers/Staff at the school, and Students).

Denise Denkins (hope I am spelling her name right) is from the Alpha/Preston location but subbing in for someone, made the orientation a joyful experience. Her awesome personality kept me focused on what the Workforce solutions has to offer for those of us looking for employment. A lot of items are free and that's a huge plus for those who are struggling to make ends meet with no steady income. Resume builder, setting up Linkedin profiles, and even computer basic classes are among the awesome features the workforce solution has to offer. I think I may stop by to use their copier sometime to make copies of my resume for future interviews!
