We popped a donut in our mouths on the way to our final destination and we immediately tasted something horrible. We spit it out and tried to look for an expiration date. We could not find one, then shined a light to the donuts. THEY WERE COMPLETELY COVERED IN MOLD! When we got home we checked the dates of everything else. The lunchables had stickers that were placed over the expiration date. We carefully peeled them off and not to our surprise, 8 MONTHS past the best by date. Even the top ramen was expired (you know that's old if ramen is expired) AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Well, normal person, I guess you're reading since you're a plan-y pants. This gas station is pretty cool. They have a lot of pumps so there's no wait. The patrons and staff are super nice! It is so fast and jovial. The C-Store piece is pretty big and lotsa snacks, chips, giant pickles in multiple flavors, pops. It is not 24 hrs : ( and the Citco close by had cheaper gas by almost a dime. I don't get that since its same brand and town. I wrote this review as I filled my tank btw.

She attempted to tell me not to check the expiration date and she told me that I had to put the items through the clear window so she can scan them. I had put them on the bottom of the table right near her to scan so it shouldn't have been a problem. Then she tell me in a n abrasive sharp tone not to do that. She seemed tired, cranky and disheveled (not looking great and appeared disorganized). She didn't have an name tag and refused to give her name when asked. I don't have any problems over here with the morning staff at all or the evening! This woman must have been unusually cross but she isn't my mother and she better chill. I had my son with me too. He didn't need to witness that attitude for no reason! The store is 43573 the one on Belvidere rd. In Waukegan, IL. She might be upset that she works there at night but that's not me or my sons fault.
