I've never been to a Family Express gas station so we were not really sure what they might be like…read more I did think it was unique that they had a self-service pet wash available for use. I can imagine those who bring their pets on road trips would appreciate having a pet wash available to them and it looked like it was open 24/7 as well. The bathroom was clean which is the big draw for any gas station when traveling. Snacks weren't anything special unlike some of the places we were able to go to during this trip. Employees were friendly enough, but we did come in super late so it wasn't like I expected some enthusiastic people to be tending to the store. If you need a restroom or a pet wash, Family Express is....a choice you have.

Why go to Wal-Mart for stripped-down service and hidden fees when you can get superior products and outstanding services for the same price (without hidden fees)? I don't know why. So I don't. I sure wish I would have contacted them right from the start! I called, pretty close to opening time. Explained my situation, and was told to come on in. So I braved driving (without my family inside) to get there ASAP. I checked in at the front counter, handed over my keys. Went to use the restroom, and after all done, my van was already being looked at! They have a super comfortable waiting area, wifi, coffee, & someone even announced that there was donut's! In about an hour, and only $67 later, my name was called and I was back safely on the road. I cannot thank Monteith's enough for their professionalism and promptness of getting my van repairs quickly and cost effective. You guys are top notch!

I didn't believe them so I took it to another repair shop and they said the same thing. I had to junk a truck that looked in good shape but wasn't. This truck should have never been on the market. I lost over $6000 because these guys are not honest. This dealership should never be trusted!! These guys had this truck up on the hoist to fix a couple of minor issues before I drove it off the lot so they would have seen the same thing these repair shop saw. An unsafe vehicle.
