It has now been open for several years, and it is the worst. It is the worst Royal Farms on the East Coast. Several times, I have gone there to get gas and they have no attendant. BTW in NJ, you can not pump your own gas, a worker must do it. Well, this morning they had an attendant, but for some reason he was inside the store. I went in, got coffee, came back out, then he waved through the window for me to wait for him. No thanks. Don't have time for that. Store has many other problems. Half the time, there is no one around to ring you up if you are paying cash. The self checkouts only take card. Lots of other issues. Again, simply the worst Royal Farms.

I couldn't find the cheese, so I took it back into the store. Asked the girl behind the counter at the sandwich station. Was told the sandwich was correct, the cheese was burnt to the bagel. It was literally the same color as the bacon. They wouldn't make a new one becuase it was correct. Burnt cheese on a sandwhich is gross. The sandwich was gross. The associate was rude. I would defenitely not recomment this wawa. It's South Jersey. Drive another 2 minutes in either direction on the Black Horse Pike and find yourself a better wawa.

This place is a very close to my house and always has the most friendly people working there…read more Let's be honest, being female isn't always a positive thing when it comes to getting work done on your car. The service station is Metro ServiceCenter, which is at the Sunoco station. Anyway, every time I have gone here I am thoroughly impressed. They are such kind, hard working, honest people. Every person is always willling to help. My fiance and I have been there about 5 times now with various issues, from flat tires, to alternator problems, to engine noise. Each time the issue was taken care of within an hour or two (believe it or not). They give you options if it is something that is a more complex issue too. My fiance's truck needed a new alternator and they offered to order him a new one, or a refurbished one at a lower price. The time we came in with a flat tire they fixed it immediately and we were on our way within minutes. I even went once to get gas and was out of washer fluid so they got me fluid because my windshield was a mess (I commute to school and work). Today I dropped of my care at 8:15am because my car was making a terrible grinding/rattling sound when I accelerated. I was worried about the transmission or engine. They called at 8:45am and it was DONE. My engine's oil cap was loose and my oil was low. What a relief! They checked out everything else and it was fine. No pressure to get anything else done and they still checked over everything and drove it around to make sure the noise was gone. It is a rare find to discover an honest group of individuals that do not take advantage of you. Will not go anywhere else anymore!

My son noticed a homeless (?) man sitting with his back up against the outside wall. I asked if he were okay ... he said that he was hungry ... my son went back in and got him a wrap. I worked for Heritage's in the 90's and everyone was trained at the dairy on Jessup Rd in Thorofare.
