While some aspects seem dated and dirty here, others seem actually quite modern and presentable. The bathroom seems to always be a disaster. The store interior also seems usually lacking, and the staff is often off in their own world and not especially interactive. All that said, the pumps always seem to work and the handles have their lock tabs in place so you can take your hand off the filler on a cold day. The snack and drink selection is plentiful. And I like how they run the exterior lights on yellow at night. It really helps ease the burden on your eyes. Worth a stop and a pinch.

They have coolers packed with all kinds of drinks, their snack aisles are neat and the have healthy choices! They have very nice hot coffee selections, frozen coffee and slushees, too! The store itself is a great appearance, including barriers to keep vehicles from accidentally damaging the store in case a driver inadvertently pulls forward too far. They have many snacks and prepared foods as well as light grocery items. They have lots of automobile items for care and maintenance of your vehicle in addition to fuel. Have a great drink selection and as a bonus this location is open 24 hours! The fuel prices and prices of all of the items are quite reasonable, especially given the fact that these are obviously convenient store pricing, and this is adjacent to an interstate.

They also had a walk-in cooler for beer if you're looking to stop for the day and want a cold beverage. The bathrooms were clean and they offer the usual hand soap and they also offer a grittier soap if you have grease or oil on your hands. I can tell that I'm old when I get excited over industrial soap. The shop is an absolute potpourri of Knick knacks, gadgets, and souvenirs. They had a section of little keychain knives that is different from anything I've ever seen. Part of the reason I'm writing the review is so I can remember this location and possibly get a keychain knife that looks a lot like Dimebag Darrell's Dean guitar. I'll do it when my wife is distracted. It's definitely a fun, little spot to get a quick snack and stew ch the feet.

There's a sign to welcome patrons, that says to sit wherever you like. I mean come on, it's a truck stop! It's totally chill! So sit wherever you want and we'll find you. I'm not huge on buffets so I don't honestly know how this one compares with others. Leafy spinach, and exotic greens were separate. Hard boiled eggs, chickpeas, and sunflower seeds offer an excellent source of protein. Cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, beets, purple onions, croutons... the list goes on. There were 5 different choices of dressing. Two different soups, including pepperoni, and potato bacon. Neither of which I can eat because I happen to be a pescatarian. Like any good salad bar there was also potato salad, macaroni salad and several different pudding and jello choices. When the bill comes the waitress takes it up to the front for you. When I went in to the office to get my receipt last week, I asked the clerk if they were ever going to fix their printers. I was met with a verbal barrage of "I'm only one person.....here, take your receipt and leave !....." plus a few other choice, condescending, comments. Must have been a bad day for her, but there was no call to be so rude. I've been buying my fuel here for decades, but if that's how the management wants to treat customers, I will never return. Our former neighbor, who once owned this station, would have been horrified, I'm sure.

There was 3 different groups of people trying to unloose carts. At the front of the store there is always seasonal items. Currently, Easter baskets, Easter candy, Spring decor, and even some summer outside activities. One of the major highlights is the Sam's Club cafe where you can get a hot dog and drink combo for $1.50!!! You can't beat it. There is a well stocked deli counter, bakery, as well as tire & service area.

The service building has 3 bays for big-rig repair, and like all T/As in North America, it seems they are always running service and tire specials. The Country Pride restaurant is spacious and has a full menu to choose from. I have dined there twice recently and found the food to be fairly priced and of adequate quantity. The trucker's/convenience store was well supplied. The restroom facility was clean.

This is the Marathon gas station in the middle of nowhere, a tiny NY town East of Buffalo, on the road into Akron, and the gas here is sometimes actually pretty cheap, to the extent that we got really cheap gas when we were here. And I personally appreciate it a lot. Useful and handy, then.
