I stopped by here on a brief road trip to Cleveland from Columbus. As with all road trips, there came a time when I needed to stop for a bathroom break and some gas and Loves was right off the interstate when I needed them. Few things... 1) I was shocked at how clean the bathroom was. I was definitely expecting it to be a mess. Soap and paper towels were all stocked and everything. 2) Gas prices were under three bucks, which is always a win these days. 3) There's a Hardy's attached in case you're in need of a bite to eat, but there's also several other fast food options close by. 4) Entry and exit was easy, even with a little bit of construction going on, on the other side of the street. Stopped here with a friend on the way home from a concert in Columbus. I love the name. They're a truck stop so they're a bit pricier then other has stations but they have a whole array of things any late travelers might need. They have an app for .10 off/gallon. Stopped in for 200 gallons of diesel and a shower earlier. Place was pretty clean and was pretty stocked with almost anything one would want from a gas station. My only complaint here was that the diesel islands were trashed and were way over due for them to be power washed because the entire time your getting diesel your standing in it along with all the other trash that's there. read more

Needed to stop to gas up despite only being like 30 minutes from our destination. Ran in to use the potty (since we stopped.) No issues. Not the newest, most glamorous place but it was clean. Kids liked the extra long handles on the window squeegees and cleaned our windshield while we gassed up. (Once we were back on the road heading north, we saw a sign for Sheetz - OUR FAVORITE GAS STATION when we lived in NC. Dang. Sorry Love's but had we of known a SHEETZ was a few more miles down the road, we would have gone there.) read more

I waited 1 hour to wash myself, I went in and there was no hot water, the service is terrible, I don't recommend this place, the workers do nothing and don't try for visitors!!! Terrible!!! read more

Okay so it's been a while since I've been in a love but I stopped in at one today. And I got to say I'll never come back their prices are 50 to 100% more than everybody else's around the same area they don't have half the stuff that they should and this is supposed to be a truck stop as well If it wasn't for trucks you wouldn't have a business and this is the way you treat your truckers really? Because that really really disgust me. I really don't think you guys know what a truck stop is supposed to be cuz all you're doing is putting your hand in people's pockets for your garbage and then moving them along cuz you're worthless and just by the what I seen today in one fight on my way I'd shut every single one of the loves down. Clean restrooms. Fair amount of ready to go items in Deli area. Fruit looked good & fairly priced. Better than most travel areas. Parking lot clean, a bit tight. Long walk to main building. Fuel Island & repair ship sit between parking lot and main building. Parking mostly better maintained than most places though. Friendly staff. read more

Be careful here if you have a 4 wheeler. (We live in The area and are OTR in a semi and we're headed back out on a run) The manager will lie and have your car towed. Moe the manager told police and tow company my car was there 2 weeks. It was there overnight!!!! We specifically asked if we could park there OVERNIGHT on Sunday night and got permission. They had a storm come in the NEXT day and they had the car towed. Poor business practice and lack of communication. Moe said there are signs that say no parking when we called asking why they had it towed. We advised him that we had asked to do this and were even told where to park it!!!! (We have done this always with permission in the past with no issues) Moe was very rude and could care less and very arrogant. Called corporate and so far NOTHING has been done. I feel like I know what to expect when going into a Love's and it's nice to stop somewhere with a clean restroom and a wide variety of snacks and other items in stock. I've found them to be conveniently located and adequately spaced along major highways. I will definitely keep Love's at the top of my list when looking for places to stop on future road trips! read more

Im an OTR driver and had asked the evening manger if i could park my car here for the night. my sister in law would be here the next morning to pick it up. i was given permission and told just to park it in the far corner out of the way. i did just that they Had a huge snow storm come through and the next morning the morning manager had my car towed off. telling both the police and the tow company it had been there for two weeks it had been there not even 24 hours and it was towed off. when i called the manager MO told me there was nothing they could do about it. it was in the way . DONT EVER LEAVE YOUR CARS THERE THEY WILL TOW THEM EVEN IF THEY SAY THEY WONT. read more

They have a full service tire repair facility, including road service, as well as scales and a full service store with fast food restaurant. 80 transient parking spaces here. I recently utilized their road service and was rather pleased with the level of service provided. I was told that they would arrive in about 45 minutes and you could have almost set your watch by their estimate. The rates were reasonable and the service technician was professional all the way. I would not hesitate to call them again, although I hope I never have to. read more

Glad to see the spread of Love's Travel Stop to compete with Jimmy's Flying J. The Love's Travel Stop are as good for the everyday person as they are for the truckers. Their large and well lit parking lot is easy to get into and out just west of I-71. The store is large, organized, and well stocked. Their employees are friendly and attentive. The prices are decent for a gas station, the restrooms are clean, and they have a Hardees. No problems recommending a stop at Loves for people who live in the area, are shopping at the nearby outlet mall, or are just passing through. read more

There's nothing you can do about rude and racist customers because we all have to deal with those kind of people everywhere. Aside from that, the employees here were very kind to us as we were only dropping by on our way to New York City. Mom and I stopped for a restroom break. The restrooms were fairly clean. The employees weren't very helpful or friendly. Cashier ignored me for close to a minute after I said "excuse me". Ok, I understand she was a younger person but a hello would have been nice. Oh well. Won't be back. read more

this loves is so awesome about a month ago rushing i left my debit card . i called and spoke to alicia who assured me it will be here when ever i came back. well tonight i came for my card and low and behold not only did i get it back but both alicia and dakota was here to give it to me. i am so very grateful for them both. hands down a very honest store and staff. i am so emotional because it was hard being a truck driver with no money and now i am at ease and can now enjoy spending again. thanks again store #332 for all you do for the drivers read more

I wasn't impressed with this Loves! Restaurant is dysfunctional and evades taxes in the PM shift. Claim that their register locks them out if they screw up on a transaction and its cash only. Small, difficult to maneuver a truck through and dirty! Customer service is terrible I avoid it at all costs! read more
