I went at 9:10 PM and the minute I entered the door I was approached and my "greeting" was to tell me that they would be closing the gaming room at 10:30 (Door to gaming room states 11pm but they close it at 10:30 supposedly to clean). This is typical but very off putting. Can you imagine any other store announcing the store is closing an 1 hour and 50 minutes prior to what is stated on the door every time you go there? I get there and they tell me they'll replace it under warranty but I have to wait until the mechanic, who looks like he's in no hurry to do anything, to do another tire, and then a PM. I let them know my clock is low and that's going to mess up my next day. In short, they said they didn't care. I shouldn't have to deal with this. Messing up my clock and possibly costing me money. It should have been done right the first time.
