I suspect waning cigarette sales and some corporate notion of convenient, one stop shopping drives their thinking. Plus free air for your tires and vacuum cleaner also for a fee. The store is nice and modern complete with numerous self checkouts and a self serve lottery machine. There is also always someone manning the counter. They have a big deli with the ordering kiosks as well as a large coffee and soft drink station. I just noticed the best thing while I was getting a soda today. They have new soda machines where you can actually choose between ice cubes or chewy ice... I know most people probably don't care about their ice but I love to eat the ice and this was just a wonderful find to me...lol Only issue I have is that sometimes I have a problem with the self checkout scanners and they don't like to accept change but keep spitting it back out... but at least someone is working the counter to help you. Other then that great addition to the area and I stop by frequently for a $3 sub special and a $1 30oz soda... Can't beat that deal...

I'm also partial to QuickChek as the first ever store was in my hometown. This place? I can't come up with any complaints! They have what I need, even randomly butane for my cigar lighter which Wawa and QuickChek didn't have, the app deals are excellent for breakfast lunch and dinner, the pizza isn't exactly NJ gourmet but it's light years ahead of Wawa's sorry excuse, those little chicken bites may not look very good sitting there in the warmer but they're tender and delicious every time like some kind of tasty magic trick. The staff here are always kind, attentive, willing to throw in a fresh pizza for you, they let you know about deals you might not have noticed, and I feel like it's high time for an updated review. I love this little shop! Great deals, greater than acceptable food, great staff, great location, great selection... I might be a 7-11 guy now!

I'm giving them 5 stars because their prices are $.20 a gallon cheaper than any other gas station around or rt.22. The beauty is this station is right in town and you don't have to go on rt. 22 , but if you do it's right down the road... I also noticed but I have not tried yet, they do oil changes and the sign read $14.95 That is also a very good price... Another great feature is to use gas buddy app. It really lets you know the cheapest gas around your area... I will be getting my gas here from now on...

On rainy , snowy days that's great but I'm used to pumping it myself and I never had to wait for an attendant . Both have there pros and cons. The Delta Gas Station on Somerset Street right before the Watchung circle always has the lowest gas prices around. Considering there are several other stations two minutes away and they usually will charge 10 to 20 cents more per gallon. This Delta gas station manages to keep there prices steady and not raise them as fast as the other stations. I like that I don't have to go all the way to rt. 22 just to get a decent price. The guy who usually pumps my gas is pretty quick,friendly and always thanks me for coming. On several occasions I have filled up two different cars in 1 day. They also do repairs on cars but so far I haven't had a need to use them. I would definitely recommend this station to anyone who wants gas at a good price.

So, in my head, I knew it should be about 20.00 or so. The gas station attendant handed me the receipt and I looked at it and saw the amount he was charging me was 35.04. I then tried to look at the pump, (which he was standing in front of to block from me seeing it) and saw it said 28.04. I asked him why he was charging me 35.04 and he very nervously said "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry" and handed me 7.00 in cash. He continued to appear very nervous and while I stayed behind taking a picture of the pump and the gas station name and number, he yelled to me "Ok? I gave you your money back, I'm sorry. Do yourself a favor and from now on, make sure the pump and your receipt say the same price.

The Mechanic never Flushed the Radiator Fluid, never ran to car for an extended period of time, didn't check the Thermostat or the Alternator. The mechanic changed the oil, installed a battery. I drove about 111 miles and the car overheated, battery was not being charged by the alternator, and fluids were leaking from the car. The Mechanic admitted they didn't take the car on a proper test drive, didn't flush and replace all the fluid, never checked the Alternator or Thermostat. After being told the vehicle was sitting seven years and was going to be driven 800 miles from NJ to Illinois. After charging me $1177 the car broke down in 111 miles after leaving his shop. BAD quality work and BAD Customer Service. The Auto Repair Shop doesn't back it's work.

I had already popped out of the car when the attendant came over - he took it from there and got me on my way in short order. The guy who was pumping my gas was nice at first and he ran the card a few times and said it wasn't going through. Then he left and went to attend someone else....came back closed my gas take said we cant take the card and then threw it through the window at me and said go. I dont know what I did to deserve that kind of rude treatment but i will not be going back there ever again.....if my tank is on E I'll gladly break down before giving them any money. My advice is to just keep driving past this place....theres much cheaper places down the street anyways.
