Reminds me of the ubiquitous cappuccino machines that had the most delicious French Vanilla flavor that you can still find sometimes, and these burritos are just as rare. 2 taco sauce packets per seems to be the best ratio. Clean restrooms, and the food/deli/cafeteria style food options are pretty great for a truck stop. There's Denny's that you just know has perfect black coffee and servers that call you either Honey, Baby, or Sweetie in the most pure Tennessee drawls. Anyway, there's something here for just about anyone. The snacks are a little high, dang near airport pricing. Pork rinds, 22 varieties of mountain dew, jerky, and so many chips. The only things really "missing" are some Cafe tables and BBQ Corn Nuts. Why are they so hard to find?!

The building was clean and there was lots of food selection - hot bar, premade sandwiches, etc., coffee area, cinnabon, and the normal candy chips etc. I was surprised that the restrooms were very small with limited stalls BUT I did hear someone saying there is another side to the building for the truck drivers with more amenities so maybe that is why...I'm not sure on that.

This is my least liked truck stop at Exit 369. Thus it just gets 3 stars. First of all, the first…read moreentrance is for big trucks only. At night, you can't tell -even if there are signs. And I'm not the only one turning around either as another pickup truck in front of me did the same thing. You have to turn around and go up another 10 to 15 yards then turn in. The most important thing I learned about truck stops, is that one entrance is for cars and pickups while the other is for 18 wheelers. And if you accidentally pull into the big truck entrance, you will not find a parking place. And if you park anyway you risk being towed or totaled by a great big 18 wheeler. It's smaller than the others and only have a fast food restaurant and not a big restaurant like the other two have. There's not as much variety of products being smaller either. I'm not coming back to this one. The associate in here is slacking on customer service. Thus, they are not that busy.

I've had consistently great experiences with Tire Discounters on Campbell Station Road, Knoxville…read more They're just good people--honest, straightforward, and they actually look out for you. The last time I was there, the mechanic kept coming into the lobby to give me updates, explain what they were doing, and let me know how much longer it would be. That kind of communication and care is rare. What really stands out is that they're not trying to upsell or squeeze money out of you. They focus on doing solid work and taking care of their customers. In fact, every time I've been there, my final bill has come out lower than what they originally quoted--which never happens anywhere else. I was referred here through family, and now I see why most of their business comes from word of mouth. Once you go here, you don't really want to go anywhere else!
