I do have to add a disclaimer that the extended time may have been my fault, as I was asked if I needed my car back by a particular time and I made the potential mistake of saying I had the day off and was going to wander around the suburb, "so no hurry". I was advised that I'd get a phone call before any work above and beyond the service's standard labour was done - "should be soon, around an hour or so". Three hours later (when I was a bit done with wandering) I figured I'd better call them, in case they'd gotten my number wrong or their calls hadn't been going through while I was burning through data on my phone, or some other excuse. No worries, hey! They only just had my car up on the blocks. Again, like I said, I will claim responsibility for the delay. Make sure you give ABS a pick-up time and I reckon everything should be fine. I was quoted decent prices (eventually, but still in advance) for the additional stuff my car needed, the gents were all lovely, and in the end the timing turned out quite well for me - I got the "come and get it" call just as I'd finished lunch. I would definitely entrust my car's servicing to Bob and the crew at ABS Woolloongabba again.

Being a female, its really hard to find a mechanic that will actually do the job they're supposed to do and I have had some pretty bad experiences with dodgy mechanics. They're a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and they explain everything without making me feel like a silly girl who doesn't know anything about cars. I've never had a problem with any of their work. They're also really close to Milton train station so its convenient to get to work once you've dropped your car off.

We arrived very late in the day but they still had a Dj out in the lot and inside the showroom there were boxes of delicious donuts to help yourself to. They usually have a barista at events, probably did but he was gone when we got there. They have an espresso machine and fridge filled with drinks anyway so if you are there to buy a car or get a service they will hook you up with your drink of choice. A few weeks ago we did a Mini drive where they catered breakfast for hundreds and then we all drive out to o'reillys winery where they put on an awesome lunch and games and test drives. And the there is the product they sell... the wonderful Mini, a fun to drive funky little car!

Last night was a busy night and I had no time to fill up. I was nearing on empty and freaking out…read more This morning was no different. I had to run errands as well as visit a friend at the Royal Brisbane and Womens Hospital. As I was driving down Butterfield St towards Bowen Bridge Road, about to go the carpark of the hospital, I suddenly remember there was a BP on the corner of these roads. YES! Alleluia, I'm saved. How convenient, a petrol station just by the hospital was exactly what I needed. I filled up and queued to pay. As I waited in the line, I got tempted by the Wild Bean Cafe here which sells muffins (and the like) and obviously, coffee. I promptly hopped out of line and ordered myself a coffee and got a chocolate muffin. Both were delicious. The muffin was so rich and fluffy and the coffee was very smooth and professionally made. The customer service was just as delightful, with both Wild Bean Cafe staff and the BP staff. Both staff members took time to ask how my morning has been, as they processed payment. So lovely to get this service, especially at a busy petrol station.

Because of the national brand accountability is a certain. The only problem I ever have is trying to get in for the urgent stuff as they are usually booked out for a couple of days in advance, this means you do have to keep your wits about you and not expect them to drop everything for your emergency. Excellent clean workshop with people who know what they are talking about and not trying to rip you off. A full list of works is supplied with every invoice showing you exactly what was done, they also call you should you require any further work before proceeding for acceptance of cost associated. I'll never deal with WestPoint again. A few years ago I…read morebought car through the WestPoint Nissan, they were an absolute nightmare. I had a cooling off period because I bought a demonstrator and wanted to make use of this time to confirm some basics things that I forgot to confirm during the deal - stuff like, has the car been serviced, will it be serviced if it missed services - how will this affect the warranty, can I buy the tint and have this applied prior to delivery. They refused to speak to me because they didn't want me to give me a reason to pull out of the deal (not that I planned to) - typical car sales technique. So I decided to use my statutory rights and cancel the deal because noone would speak to me. That is when the fun began! The sales manager called me up and abused me, told me they would change the time stamp on my email so that it was no longer within the 24 hour period, advised they would keep my deposit and if I wanted it I would need to take them to court. It was an absolutely horrible experience when buying a new car is meant to be exciting! Out of fear of losing my deposit I stuck with the deal. When picking up my car they applied a WestPoint sticker to it, even though I has asked them not to! So I peeled it off while it was still fresh before I drove away. The sales manager came over to me and told me how rude I was for doing that. WTF... it was my car and I specifically asked them not to apply their branding and they did anyway! After getting the car, of course it had not received a single service despite having a few thousand KMs on the clock and despite the Nissan service centre being attached! They did rectify that and stamped the logbook. The service people and the bus driver were great, it is just the sales people that made this such an awful experience. More recently I bought a new car through Alfa Salters. Unfortunately Salters was acquired by WestPoint and I got my car serviced through them. The Alfa service was horrid. I was charged $200 more for a logbook service than was quoted over the phone. And they advised me that I did not have a suspension issue when I clearly did. I told them this was not right as I can feel the suspension issue and also hear it when going over bumps, they said I could bring the car in again but if they 'found nothing 'again they would charge me for the check. Today I took my car to EuroMarque in the Valley, they checked out my car and new suspension parts are being flown in from Melbourne because they found a very obvious problem. They even washed my car and treated me like a valued customer. I don't care that this service centre is further away from home, I'll never deal with WestPoint again.

Even if we didn't want the car he was more than happy to give us a test drive and find us the proper person to help us with getting information about a possible trade in.
