The gas pump area is super clean and maintained well. Inside is orderly too. I needed to get gas and remembered they offer the famous HoHo cakes. So, after filling up, I ran inside to get the sweet treat for my sister. The Mama P's selection was plentiful but not very diverse. They were all chocolate based except for the animal cracker. It was so cute with pink cake and a pink animal cracker on top. I also chose the chocolate and peanut butter. I wish they had more non-chocolate options such as lemon etc. They were delicious just the same. Once you check in on Yelp, you receive an offer for a free bottle of water. The young girl at the desk was very confused and went to get another person for help. That girl looked at my phone and said, "we don't do that". When I said I think they do she agreed. It seemed like since she wasn't sure how to process the Yelp offer, she just wanted to refuse it. Then I realize it is Kenosha Restaurant Week. More confusion ensued on the price of my HoHo cakes, the only item they offered on Restaurant Week. I love that Lou Perrine's participated in Yelp and Restaurant Week. We decided to venture to your Sturtevant store to grab some food. The drive off the highway is a bit and kind of inconvenient, but the store is clean and team is kind so that makes it worth the drive. We grabbed an 8 piece fried chicken then at the register we asked for a family pack of boneless BBQ chicken wings and Allyssa advised she needed to check to see the kitchen was still open to cook those, and we bought a pizza to have cooked as well. We also grabbed some of the best muffins ever..my favorite is the double chocolate chip. What a great team as they handled all of our request and were super polite and professional about it. We went over and sat at the counter and started to eat our fried chicken while we waited for the rest of the food. The counter had a few crumbs, possibly from someone before us, but this store was very clean all around. Many thanks to the whole team for working together.

I don't get the it's hard to get into this location because this was my home for many years, it' right next to the Brat Stop and yah the whole intersection changed but I found it no problem. The place has porta Potties in front for some reason, I didn't use the the rest rooms so I don't know what's up with that. I couldn't fill up at the pump with out a credit card, skimmers on pumps scare me so I walked inside and the nice woman said just fill it up and she tuened on the pump for me so a $15 sale was all they would get, nice up sell because I spent more on the fill up, 22+$ for my fill up and more for the coffee. The place is no Kwik Trip by far but it served my needs and the nice woman that over rides the pump for maximum dollars got me to spend more dollars with that simple nicety.
