Here in GA you are either a RaceTrac or a QT person and I happen to be #TeamQT and this location is…read morea shining example of why! Located on Barrett Parkway at the Crater Lake intersection sits this beautiful convenience store. It has been here for about 5 years and is a staple in this area, so be prepared for a busy store and busy pumps! This location has about 16 pumps, including diesel and has a free air pump off to the side. Parking is plentiful as they have spots lining each of the three entrances. Inside they have all the things that we love including coffee station, tea station, donuts, hotdog/rollup station, slushees and of course the QT Kitchen...which is definitely growing on me! In addition to all the goods they got, this location is always very clean and put together, and features great service from the floor to the kitchen to the register! I have always swung in for a single slice of pizza, but only recently decided to grab a few actual pies which are served in XL size at only $8.99! Well worth the price and they are quite tasty for convenience store pizza! My other item from the kitchen is the Iced Mocha. Again, fantastic price and great tasting! Overall, QT is my go-to for convenience stores here in the Atlanta metro area and this location will be the spot when I make my way to Kennesaw!

Great prices at this location I always come here to fill up all my cars usually pretty low compared…read moreto others in this area with equal quality

My 89 year old mother purchased a pair of Jabra hearing aids approximately five weeks ago. They…read morehave been nothing short of a nightmare for her since day one. They came with a ninety day no question return exchange policy. She resides in Cobb County close to the Town CTR. Costco. Just for some background I am her son residing in Newnan. Since day one the hearing aids have been a problem for her. She calls me crying twice a week not able to get them to work. They are not user friendly for an 89 year old women. I called the hearing dept. at Costco Town Ctr. Sat 05/24/25 and enquired what I would need to do to exchange the hearing aids. The employee advised me that I could come in anytime and I did not need an appt. I drove up 60 miles from Newnan today to bring my mother in to exchange the hearing aids. I must say I met the rudest Costco Employee I have ever encountered today at the hearing aid counter 05/27/25 at twelve noon hearing aid cash register. We approached the counter and explained my mother was having issues and needed to exchange her hearing aids. The rude employee at the counter stated she would need an appointment to exchange the hearing aids. Totally contradicting what I was told on Saturday. I tried to give her feedback on why my mother wanted to exchange the hearing aids. The Jabra rechargeable Hearing aids were not designed for an elderly person to use. I explained the first problem she has with them is there is no way to remove them from the rechargeable case without touching the manual volume control. The button was designed for fashion not practicality. It is contoured with the aid as not to stand out. So every morning my 89 year old mother was accidentally turning her aids down by gripping the button when removing them from the case. One aids button adjust volume up the other adjust it down. Problem two is if she was able to find and open the app to adjust the aids the front face only showed one bar for sound making even I think that the one bar controlled both aids. After expanding the app I realized their is actually to sound bars in the app. I do see how they expect an eighty nine year old to find much less expand the app. Problem three is during the late night thunderstorm on Monday 05/26/25 the app got kicked offline.I happened to have her staying in Newnan with me over the holiday weekend. She woke up Monday and told me now they do not work I checked her IPhone-settings-accessibility-hearing aids and checked the find my hearing aids. The I phone program responded it could not find the aids. The app was just spinning off-line. I placed the aids in the charging case with the I phone next to them.I hit the find my again and it came back with found 100%. When she put the aids in her ears the left side was muffled. So today why I was trying to explain the problem the employee who was totally disenfranchised and rolling her eyes responded I don't understand I have a 103 year old female customer that uses the rechargeable but has never had a problem. The insinuation was my 89 year old mother was nothing short of stupid. She acted like no big deal that I had to drive from Newnan to Town Center to bring my mother in. She took delight in telling me she had our appt for next Monday June 2 at 1615. I explained no way I could come with traffic that time of day. She scheduled my mother for 1115 next Wednesday at 1115 to come in and discuss her exchange.Tgen she told my mom to let her take a look at her aids. She came back with them working a few minutes later and stated she simply cleaned them. She said the shield was clogged with wax and needed a new sleeve insert. Never heard of replacing the sleeve shield after five weeks. She insisted my 89 year old mother has dirty ears anyways we will be back to drop them off for the exchange We'd June 2 at 1115. We will have to see how the customer service is next week. I guess the morale of the story is do not buy hearing aids at Costco. The employee we encountered did not take ownership of our problem and was totally put out while I gave her what I felt was useful feedback. Brian D
