Quality Problem, I bought a box of chocolate Dutch masters cigars after repeatedly being told at gas purchase that they have an inbox of cigars that they had ordered for me exclusively due to the fact they had this product beyond its shelf life. This store engaged in fraudulent and deceptive practices and behavio. I purchased the cigars they were hard and I purchased a box from them thinking this was a new order instead it's one that held for month. Upon opening the box after leaving the store hours later due to yard wor. once I opened the first pack of cigars they were hard dry and cracked, yet the guy behind the counter with African accent get upset after I brought the cigars back hours later still in the box I went back for an exchange or refund they called the police an had me trespassed for not standing there having this person/robot behavior was beyond norma. the Greensboro police was called I was walking for them to arrive they found I did nothing wrong except stand up for my self when this Man/Robot started acting crazy!!! Don't shop here! I would buy gas told them I was ok, they pretended that this was a new product when in fact they held it for months telling me its fresh etc., they deceived me telling me they had got some new ones and in fact they were the old ones they had put up obviously. I sill be filing a suit for deceptive trade practice, legal entrapment( calling cops) and published libel on a police report just for asking for refun. I will dispute on credit card side. They are heavily racially biased in this area as if the city taxes are only paid by Caucasians and foreigners when I would be that in comparison to domestic zuS citizen. This place deserves a F grade for acting this way saying all sales are final after telling me they were fresh. THEY AT THIS STORE CANNOT BE TRUSTED! This area has a history of being notoriously racially biased, Greensbpro sit in. I took a time travel lesson to segregation in the South where my money only is needed not my customer feedb they called the police!!! This smart city has a lot of robots workin, they have machine bias and lack moral CODE of ethicd as ROBOTS who smart city data funnel. These stores using these robots that don't have a legal right to deny a man, woman, child anything AFTER IT WAS PURCHASE. I went there for months for gas only and stopped purchasing from this place because I ordered online etc., they would say they had a box especially for me. it was stale. The robotic called the police legally blind to the facts and chain of title and custody. Dont expect anything extraordinary from this place they harbor rob who believe they are actually above the law an entitled to the protections of law. This is a NATIONAL PROBLEM BEWARE!!!!
