I went to Bill Melson the store manager…read moreonce in person and then following up with email but when I saw a similar review of the store not supporting people with disabilities, I decided to post. We have gone to Sentry for years and have a child with a severe disability. We never feel welcomed, getting stares by several employees and also recently being followed up and down the aisles by and older woman employee and most recently by Blake Daniels. Blake followed my family for so long that it made both of my daughters significantly uncomfortable. It is CLEAR that they do not care about physically and neuro-diverse people and have no willingness to accept and accommodate them. And when I sent a few emails directly to Bill, I NEVER received a response. You have to be a horrible person to discriminate against anyone overall but it takes a specific type of terrible to do it to a child. I will not shop here anymore nor will any of my family. I encourage everyone reading this to take the same action. Vote with your $'s or there will never be change.

The gas station has all the regular items like coffe, soda, food, chips, etc etc with a wall of wine. Next to the wall of wine was the amazing East Troy Soda Stop which made me do a double take and walk up to it and check it out. The wall was very impressive with the variety of craft sodas and I rarely drink soda but I'm leaving one. I left with a Point Brewery soda made with real sugar, I didn't even know Point made soda. There is so many cool varieties and I will post a few pictures to give you an idea. Yah it's a gas station and I never would have left a review but I thought the soda stop very cool and something you don't see, I can't remember seeing so many craft sodas in one place so I thought I would let the world know about it.

Brandon is a miserable employee for Speedway/7-11. The store is Filthy and the food that where…read moreplaced on the hot rollers are dark in color letting me know that the foods time expired and a fresh batch needs to be placed. Counters need wiping due spills and the fountain machine needed to be cleaned. The Dr. Pepper from the fountain machine where the spout is had mold. I sent the food inspector a picture of it and what was in my cup. That just got my blood rolling and last but not least the store does not have any caring baskets for you to put your items in so I nicely put 6 bottles on the counter and stated I have to grab one more thing and Brandon rudely started grabbing the bottles and moved them and stated they can't be in the way for the customers which no one was behind me and the candy bars that I was grabbing was right next to the counter. Brandon needs to be trained on how to work with customers in a polite and respectful manner. I called him out and made my statement on how to be respectful and he refused to ring up my items and stated he has the right to refuse and will call the police. To be honest I was ready to throw the bottles at his face. All because Brandon is so miserable with life and his job, it's ok to be rude and disrespectful to people, but when someone calls him out on it he turns the situation around.
