The food that was sitting in the tray was thrown away because it had been over 20 minutes. I was in shock but appreciative. The aroma when you walk inside makes you feel as if you have walked into your families home for Sunday dinner, it smelled that good. The chicken flats (spicy) were outstanding. The mashed potatoes & gravy were divine and the mac-n-cheese needed a tad more seasoning but it was good. The cook was so sweet. He made me feel welcome and he listened to make sure my order was prepared correctly. Huck's Kitchen is a 10 out of 10. It is actually better now then when it was U Gas and I really liked them. I've needed to grab an easy breakfast/lunch for work and have been impressed with the offerings from OTR.
