I paid the $11.00 fee for the BEST wash available that was supposed to DOUBLE WASH my Colorado Pick-up truck and CLEAN THE TIRES! WELL, not only did the tires NOT get cleaned, neither did the TRUCK!!! NOT only that but there was soap left on the truck as the information lights told me to PULL FORWARD......to EXIT the car wash! I had to stop at a self service car wash on my way home, just east of Highland, IL to wash the soap and DIRT off the TRUCK I HAD JUST PAID $11.00 to have SUPER DELUX WASHED, INCLUDING TIRES!! What a joke!!! I suppose if everyone is as disappointed with their results you will NOT be in business long enough to even receive this REVIEW!!!! I will continue to call the number provided to contact you 618-344-4891 until some one answers the phone, which at this point I have my doubts that it will ever happen! VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!

Luckily, Brett and Scott from Hamel Sales happened to be there towing another car and offered to help. They quickly determined that it was my starter that would need to be replaced. I was lucky in that my family was able to pick me up and I could stay in STL for the night. Hamel Sales called me early the next day to inform me of what they needed to do, cost, and timing. They were very communicative and nice. No one loves to spend $$$ on getting their car repaired but it eased the blow to do it here. They were really kind and helpful. I highly recommend them if you're in a pinch near Hamel!

I got nailed by kids on Halloween night; they flattened the right rear tire on my Blazer. Once they…read moredid that, the tire would no longer hold air properly, and I had to put air in it every week. I checked with several tire stores, and got prices of $500+ on getting two tires to replace the rear tires; every store strongly urged me to buy four new tires for my Blazer. Well, I'm retired and on a fixed income, so that kind of money just doesn't exist in my life. At the recommendation of a good friend who lives in Illinois, I called Willie's Tire Shop and talked to both Randy and Willie. They were lifesavers for me! They had me call back on Monday to see if they had two tires for the back of my Blazer, and they did. I drove to Alton, met both Randy and Willie, discovered I had 16-inch rims instead of 15-inch rims, and they presented me with two practically brand new tires that would fit the rims on my Blazer. They checked my front tires and said they were fine. They installed the two tires on my back rims, checked them for leaks, balanced them, and then mounted them on my Blazer. Old tire disposal was included, so I didn't have to worry about how to deal with that. I also had them replace the spare tire; it was bald and had a hole in it big enough to put my finger in the hole. So for less than the cost of a SINGLE new tire from a fancy tire store, I got two excellent used tires and a spare tire!!! I can't thank Willie and Randy enough! My Blazer drives totally differently now; it sits down and hugs the road and feels so much safer. I am delighted to have met Willie and Randy and their crew of guys, and am very grateful to them for taking care of my tire needs at a price that I could afford. Effectively immediately, they are my "go to" guys for tire needs, and I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know. THANKS, GUYS!!! :-D
