In that short period of time, I saw an upset employee leave the store and Alexander playing the part of Bully better than Scut Farkus from a Christmas Story. It is ok to hate your job, but when you serve the public, it is better not to show them that you can't handle the position. Take it out back...Take a walk...Go home...Eat a Mentos...Quit. All these are better options. These are things that managers should be teaching their employees. A manager should be responsible and mature enough to know this.
