The reason I like that is because touching a public bathroom doorknob is high on my "avoid at all cost" list. Everything is prepackaged, over processed and filled with mystery additives and ingredients. The restrooms are usually very clean which is a big plus. Service can be extremely spotty, so I can understand the negative posts. With the newer self checkouts, it may be difficult to find someone to help. On one occasion I saw a staff member and asked if he could assist me. He said "I don't work the registers" and disappeared through the kitchen doors. Really? No "let me find someone to help."
