The place was pretty clean, well stocked, bathrooms were clean and staff was all pretty friendly.

Overall what a great place to do your shopping if you have a membership to the club.

Customer service in the automotive section at the Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio Sams' Club is non existent!…read moreI waited almost a half hour trying to just buy a marine battery for my boat and the people in automotive refused to wait on me. I had two different sale associates literally pounding on the door and windows to get someone to help me and they were ignored also. One of the sales associates even called a manager to try to get help and that accomplished nothing. I ended up walking out with nothing. Absolutely pathetic. I don't live in Ohio now and this happened almost two years ago. I started the review then but was almost afraid to post it. Today I was cleaning up my drafts and I decided that this one deserved to see publication. So, flashback: I bought a few packs of nuts never thinking that they would not be gluten-free. When I went to return them I realized I had no receipt-- but I did have them in a bag and I used a card and I scanned rewards etc. The cashier insisted that she would not take them back because I "probably just stole" them. I was on a DoorDash pickup so I tossed the bag on the counter and said "just keep them." She complained about me and I was deactivated. That same employee ended up harassing me at a restaurant. "See !$&@!, I hurt you." She said to us as David and I sat at First Watch. I stared at her before I said "Thank You." The amazing thing is that I had only great things to say about this location. What changed? I dyed my hair green and was suddenly no longer "okay." I never went back.

When I went in to the office to get my receipt last week, I asked the clerk if they were ever going to fix their printers. I was met with a verbal barrage of "I'm only one person.....here, take your receipt and leave !....." plus a few other choice, condescending, comments. Must have been a bad day for her, but there was no call to be so rude. I've been buying my fuel here for decades, but if that's how the management wants to treat customers, I will never return. Our former neighbor, who once owned this station, would have been horrified, I'm sure.
