However, on the first day of the swim, I found out my daughter who is 13 and short, being assigned to a 15-19-year-old team without parent permission. I told 9oaks that raises safety concerns, and I couldn't go with 9oaks, I asked for a full refund. Then 9oaks only return me half of the membership fee and half of the swim team fee, they keep the late fee and processing fee as well. I think within 3 days, they did not assign a team appropriately, which is a safety concern, I have to quit; it is reasonable to ask for a full refund.

My child and her cousin were so sad -- we weren't even there for 30 minutes before we had to leave the pool. They said it was boring and not fun at all .
