These people are the best. We bought most of our appliances from them 13+ years ago. Whenever we have an issue, they are out usually the next day. Always friendly and they fix it. Couldn't ask for better service. So glad we have them and they are close and come to Utopia. read more

These guys know what they are doing. We had a problem with our washing machine and in less than 30 minutes they fixed it. They are respectable, kind, and have great customer service. They weren't stone faced or serious to a point where they are intimidating. They have a great sense of humor. Once they were done, one man said "now you have some clothes to wash ma'am" and we laughed. Our washer works and we have no issues. Obviously we don't want anything else to happen with our washer but if something does then we would definitely give them a call again. read more

Businesses like Boyd's are simply rare these days. In a world where the almighty dollar trumps customer service and satisfaction, they flip the script. From the initial encounter to delivery and set-up, easy and personable experience. Will certain avoid the Sears and Best Buys even if it means paying a bit more. It's certainly worth it to get a level of service and meet an owner/dealer that really cares. Long live Boyd's. read more

I have used Boyd's on and off over the years and I assure you this is a painless experience. If you buy from them, they deliver, set-up and service for you. Personal and just as cheap as the big guy and sometimes cheaper. I would not purchase anywhere else. read more
