In September of 2022 I paid around $3400 to have all my teeth extracted and dentures. On October…read more7th, 2022, I had 17 teeth extracted by them. The practice does same day dentures, and you go every 6-8 weeks to have them refit for a year. After the year, you receive your full set of permanent dentures. I made the first several visits, and then was told that I would need to have new impressions made. I made an appointment for that, then canceled due to anxiety. When I called to reschedule, the office had closed permanantly. I never received any notification that this would be happening. After about 10 months, I happened to find out that the office had reopened. I contacted them to make an appointment, but due to over scheduling, they had to change my appointment. I was unable to keep that appointment, and rescheduled again for August 14th of this year. The day before the appointment, I received a text message from the dental office stating that they had been trying to verify my insurance. I let them know that I had prepaid for everything. They informed me that they were under new ownership and I would need to either use insurance, or I could apply with them for financial assistance. I will add that the previous staff was amazing and did a great job with helping to ease my anxiety. I don't know if the previous staff was retained when the office reopened, so I can't say anything about the staff now. But based on their handling of my situation, I would not recommend their service.

Most orthodontist make you get their $500 anesthesia to do implants. I like that Dr Willie doesn't require anesthesia, he will numb you up and it's a painless procedure. Plus the rates are better than anywhere else. Office staff here are caring and great!
