This company is a complete scam.. Jason said half upfront which he charged first day. Then we started getting the no shows and excuses why he hadn't come to change my windshield. After a week of games and we read the horrid reviews of his incompetence we told him to refund our money . Instead he charged the other half without permission to our credit card. Both charges are being disputed with our fraud protection.. Jason stops messaging or answering calls. Do not give this man your card number or your business cause you won't receive anything but your money stolen. read more

Boyd glass service found me a replacement windshield for my 1969 Chevy camaro and did it quickly.No one else could find the right window ,but Jason did!! I would like everyone to know how unreliable this company is, and for the record I'm not one of those people who just gives bad reviews for petty things. I have been more than patient with them. Saturday 12/24/20 I was coming down from Columbia SC to Aiken to visit family, a 2×4 literally flew through my window. I asked for a quote through google maps that evening and was set up to be taken care of on the 26th between 3 and 5 pm.. Ok no problem, right? On Saturday Nicole, the Secretary got in touch with me to let me know the windshield was ordered but, due to the holidays. It would be either Sunday morning or latest Monday morning (still no problem) she assured me as soon as my window came in Id be top priority So, I let her know the best times for me on both days and everything was fine. Sunday, I check in with them to find out if my windshield arrived, it had not. I was told that they were informed they got word the day before that the windshield wouldn't be in til Monday between 2:30 and 3 & he (Jason Boyd) would be sitting on go and he'd be here as soon as he got it in hand(still no problem) So, yesterday at 2:52 I texted and asked was my windshield in, I got no response. At 3:33 I finally called and he answered he said give me a minute I just got in the shop, I'll go check and get right back to you. He called back and informed me that it was in and he was loading it on the truck, he was going to fill out my paperwork and be otw mind you this shop is only 14 minutes from where my vehicle is located I waited for about an hour before I called back and never got an answer... Finally at 4:54 I got a text saying his CV axel broke and couldn't make it... Long story a little shorter... We texted back and forth and he apologized and lowered the cost (on his on) he asked what would make me happy and then only thing I requested was that he be here by 9 in the morning (all messages will be included in this review) his response was "Yes ma'am barring any astronomical issue. Like Jesus coming back or an asteroid impact because if either of these happen I plan on being in heaven. Lol." Ok... Whatever... Stuff happens.. This morning I call at 9:10 and of course I don't get no answer... He texts and says he is with another customer but, is almost done and he'd be here... I give this an A-OK rating. The curves in the glass were not finished and very jagged. Also the glass was very dirty. It took 3 tries to get a professionally finished product. The owner could not have been nicer. Quality of the glass is good. Suggestion: He needs to either wash his hands or put on some clean gloves before installation. read more

Had a busted left rear window in my vehicle. State Farm sent me a list of vendors and I chose this business.Phone call from Mr Boyd came in the same day. Was given a choice of them coming to my house or me going to their business.I chose to go to their business so I could check it out. Place was very,very clean. I was greeted warmly and my vehicle was taken in and repaired right away. The quality of work was amazing. Mr Boyd seems to care about his employees also(which was wonderful to me cause that is a rare trait) I would recommend this company for any glass work. I WILL use them again. read more
