I love Boyd. Every person here is so kind and knowledgeable. My skin was in shambles when I started seeing McKenzie and now I am constantly complimented on how well it looks. I did a year of facials and consistently use their skin care products and couldn't be happier. I'm including a before and after from my early days but my skin has gotten 10x better since the last photo too. It is downtown so parking can be a hassle. Two of the injectors tried to convince me of getting double the amount of Botox and other facial injections. I have received Botox and other injections over at least six years. I agreed to almost double the amount of injections and honestly the final result looked about the same as when I received lower dosage at other facilities. Not too sure if Boyd is skimming on the dosage or what. I stopped giving Boyd my business after about 4 visits. Quality at Boyd not as good as other facilities I've been to for facial injections. Paid under $300 every three months for facial injections prior to Boyd. Paid $500 every three months at Boyd. read more

I had an appointment today and I was running late and the office was very helpful in still accommodating me for botox. The office is very nice and they have great products. However, I was put off by my injectors approach. For context, I am in my late 20s and have been getting botox for about 5 years years. I have only injected my forehead and 11s. Prior to coming to Boyd, I was injected by a dermatologist who has a lot of experience with "baby" botox and I've always done about 22 units total and been really pleased with the results. During my consult, I was vocal about wanting to keep a natural look and that I was comfortable keeping the injections just at my forehead and 11s. When my injector evaluated me, she recommended that I double the units I have been getting for years. She also repeatedly told me how "badly I needed to do my crows feet." I was a little taken aback by how this came across. She expressed that she was concerned about heaviness in my brow and that doing my crows feet would help with balance, but I have discussed this with past injectors and I've been told that if the product is injected carefully and far enough away from the brow that you don't "need" to do your crows feet if you don't want to. Despite this, my injector kept making comments that left me feeling uncomfortable. As she was injecting, she kept making passive comments about crows feet and heaviness. If I hadn't paid the deposit, I honestly think I would have left. It seems like her approach is much more maximalist than I was comfortable with at my age and I didn't appreciate being told how badly I needed botox when I have relatively young skin! Getting botox is a choice and it felt like she was pushing units on me and made me feel pretty uncomfortable about my treatment plan. While I appreciated how accommodating they were with my schedule, I certainly won't be back. read more

Finally gave in and tried this place after seeing videos and posts on Instagram. I've had four appointments over about 4 months, and have gotten best results in a short time then years with other dermatologists. Definitely worth the money spent (insurance doesn't cover unfortunately), but my skin is worth it. I almost back to hardly wearing makeup again. read more

Great results that look natural. The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional, all while being friendly. The office is always clean which makes me feel even more comfortable. The environment is very much appreciated since we don't experience much of that these days. I have seen various doctors over the years and not one was able to completely address all of my concerns until now. If you haven't given them a try, I suggest you do so immediately!
