Very dishonest. Ordered a couch and charged 199 dollars for delivery and what we were told included…read morepickup. Delivery people said they do not pick up the old furniture. Ordered 2 chairs from another establishment at same time and they charged 40 delivery fee and picked up the old furniture. When called they just basically said they do not pick up but salesman said different. Very bad place that does not care about you. DO NOT BUY THERE. If I have to get rid of my old furniture would have picked up the new and saved 199 dollars. Again beware.

We ordered some bedroom furniture on 1/30 for $1800 and we…read morewere told it would take about 6 weeks to come in, so we went home and eagerly awaited for our furniture to arrive, but while waiting we did some measuring and discovered the furniture we ordered would not work, so we asked to return the furniture we had not even touched yet and the store manager, Shawn stated that we could not. I was in shock, how can I be charged for something that I never possessed? Shawn was incredibly rude and was talking over me, insisting that this was the case. I couldn't believe it. How does a business survive that charges people for furniture that they don't have! They said they would return it for a restocking fee, roughly $300! I never even got the furniture! I never was notified of where it was. How is this possible???? I find your swift review and empty apology even more disturbing. I did not "drop a F bomb" my husband did. Furthermore you would not listen to me or my spouse at all. So not falsely apologize in an attempt to slander your customers. Poor form, but I wouldn't expect anything else from you at this point. You never contacted me about "parts" of our bed being in.
