I have been working with Jesse for several months. He trains my 8 year old son. Since working w/ Jesse my son's confidence has improved, his skills have also improved and moves and understand more than ever. We attended the general classes at the East Boxing Inc for several months and it was awesome with Dave and Lexi, but taking it to the next level with 1 on 1 has really helped my son. This gym only cares about taking your money.When I originally signed up, I was hit with a shocking three hundred dollar fee and when I asked for a copy of the contract that I signed, I was refused one. Shortly after I signed up, I accepted a role in my company that requires frequent travel. Since I won't be using the gym often I call to cancel and was told that that would be another four hundred dollars. Them not giving me a contract of what I signed up for is horrible enough. I will use this gym maybe twelve times throughout the rest of my two year contract. I'm not looking forward to walking into this place. Save yourself the burden of feeling forced to go here due to money and just pick a different gym. read more

I have enjoyed taking classes for 4 years now and all of the trainers are great and teach their own style and techniques. 2024 I started taking Elijah's boxing classes 1-2 a week and I gotta say I've learn so much from his classes such as speed and techniques from professional boxers both past and present. She is careful to watch people to make sure their form is correct tilo prevent injuries and to have maximal benefit. Front desk staff are always super friendly and welcoming! I've taken a few classes and fell in love with Bibi's classes! She was very friendly and gives you the hype you need to pull through! As an introvert the women's kickboxing classes were a great fit for me! And the boot camp classes will kick your butt, but def worth it! read more

NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. The girl who got me into signing up told me that if I got the $85.00 monthly plan instead of the 2 year plan, I would be able to cancel without any charge. I signed my papers, with her not even giving me enough time to read. Never explained to me that I should let them know 30 DAYS beforehand I was cancelling so I wouldn't get charged for the next month. I didn't get a copy of my contract, or of whatever I signed. Surprisingly, I got charged $85.00 full dollars this months and when I tried to talk to a manager about it, they kept saying I was lying, very unprofessional attitude, very rude, threatening. The gym is awful, the professors won't even stop to give you advice if you're a new user, floors are dirty, there's no equipment. Really not worth the price, or the stress. ABSOLUTE TRASH. read more

Boxing Inc is an all-around solid gym. Staff is friendly and puts together great classes that push you; you definitely see results if you put in the work. The facility could use more "beginner" weights for those who can't/don't lift super heavy - 8s, 12s, etc. are really needed for the weight rack. I also miss the instructors selecting the music for their workout instead of the same handful of artists on a loop all classes, the music sometimes is kind of a bummer when you want to get amped to work hard. 10/10 would recommend EJ for personal training. With his help, I've improved vastly in terms of strength and conditioning from where I started to now. He's knowledgeable, non-judgmental no matter your fitness level, and makes working out fun. 1/10 would not recommend it to anyone I know. If you do I would HIGHLY recommend paying close attention to the membership and contract your signing up for. They are horrible at disclosing the pay and not being able to get out of the contract. Also, you have to cancel the membership after the contract is up, they don't care to tell you when it's over. read more

Used to be a great place with a great, friendly and very positive atmosphere but an internal management/ownership disagreement led to the exit of a great owner and the best instructors Boxing Inc had to offer. The exodus also included a large number of clients that wanted to continue training with the trainers that left. Very disappointing when I returned from and injury and found Boxing Inc in it's current state. Not the place it used to be, not even close. read more

This is a long overdue review, but I highly recommend joining Boxing Inc. The team creates a very positive and fun environment. I was new to the area and joined boxing inc for the fitness aspect but came out of the gym with great friendships as well. I went to the classes several times a week and enjoyed them each time. The coaches are amazing - I took private lessons with EJ and Chris which was well worth it. The front desk staff are always helpful and greet you with a smile. I was in my late 60's and he chided me everyday for that and no matter how well I got at boxing and combos, a lot of the people who had been there longer didn't want to pair up with me for sparring. There is an absence of support for older people. If the manager would just go away, I would love to go back at my age of 73. read more

I joined Boxing Inc North on day one. The members are great; I have many gym friends I will dearly miss as well as my instructors. The facility is fairly well equipped and despite no early am classes or tues /thurs morning classes the schedule is accommodatingly extensive. All that to the gym's credit, management's incompetence caused me to cancel my 2 1/2 year membership and 3 times a week personal training sessions. My politely repeated request was simply to abstain from using cleaners during member attendance. I was repeatedly directly promised it was taken care of. All the lies became apparent when the janitor felt justified to bully and intimidate me whilst once again mopping moments before class was scheduled. Management sided with the aggressor and I no longer felt welcomed or valued as a customer. I was told there is no way to please all 1000 members... read more

And also haven't been since October of 2017.... To all my fellow Pima college students dont fall into this trap. Also my past TMC coworkers dont attend they will make it impossible to leave even with actual reasons.Go to LA fitness they even have a punching bag and classes you can attend.Me and my husband started out at boxing inc in October 2017 and have used our membership once or twice. I was not pleased with the customer service.
