They've been in the business for quite a while and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Watching them work made everything look so easy. They are also incredibly friendly. If you have any doubts, DON'T. My dad had a large company install his Carrier system, but Corey and Craig did a better job than the big business that charged twice as much. ARS wanted to charge me $14,000, and Allen Airr installed the EXACT SAME system for HALF the price. I was amazed at the incredible deal I got for such high-quality work from experts who truly know what they are doing. You cannot go wrong with Allen Airr. Give them a call!

They explained the process which was very easy for me to understand and then discuss it with my aunt. They came out and inspected the home and then we chatted about the pros and cons of listing with a realtor (not feasible) or selling to a house buyers company. They were very honest and explained both the risks they take when they buy and rehab and house and the profit they hope to earn if everything goes right for them. I really appreciated their frankness. They made an offer that we felt was more than fair and the deal closed within three weeks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has an older house in need of upgrades or in need of a quick sale. They were a very good team to work with.
