This was the day after my purchase and before the mattress was delivered. The 5 star still goes to the sales clerk who is not responsible for the defective/used product I recieved. Upon delivery there was a large hump/wrinkle on one side of the bed which I assumed was due to sitting on it's side in the warehouse or truck. I expected it to settle in a day or two. Not so. I contacted the store with several pictures and was referred to a regional manager who offered me a small discount if I would accept a new bed in exchange for the one I purchased. I declined, as I had lost faith in a store that would sell a defective product. THIS IS THE BUYER BEWARE PART. A consumer cannot recover the $79 delivery fee or the $149 restocking fee if you return a mattress EVEN IF ITS DEFECTIVE. I ate that fee as Mattress Firm would have charged me a FEE for an inspector to come to my home to determine if it was indeed defective. This decision was made after looking at Consumer Reports on how buyers get little or no satisfaction regarding issues with mattress companies and inspectors. If I had to do it all over again, I would have refused the mattress, but based on my experience, I would probably have still been charged the delivery and restocking fee.

They treated us like family from the moment we walked in. Will definitely be going back to them when we purchase our twin bed in a few months. If you need a new mattress for a great deal, go see them!

They have fine quality furniture and some store brand furniture as well with great quality. Turner's has competitive pricing and will match any prices you can find elsewhere which is the best for me. I haven't found any competitors prices that have beat theirs, but if I do, I will definitely ask them to beat that price!

After about a half an hour of wandering by ourselves we left. As we left the second person was coming in. No idea what happened to sales staff. Later bought what we need from another furniture store in same area. Terrible customer service.
