Mine's low profile with the lithium battery and all the bells and whistles. Blue tooth with approx screen size of 8 to 10 inches. Two 5-1/2 inch speakers and lots of cup holders. We bought it to cruise the neighborhood, and it's awesome for that! It worked perfectly for 2 weeks, then we loaded it on the trailer and took it cross town to visit family for the 4th of July. It worked fine at first, then the whole electrical system started turning off when the brake was pressed down. So, we learned to drive with no brakes very well for a couple days. My wife called Battery Source of Albany and they asks us to bring it in. By that afternoon, I was picking up my perfectly working Golf Cart. Awesome customer service and people that stand behind their warranty. If you want a nice, slick lookin' Golf Carts with great customer service then definitely give Battery Source of Albany a try!

I just found out about this and im pissed off!

Not sure what shady business is going on between some AAA employees and Battery Source but this put my mother in danger of breaking down in the middle of the road without a working battery since the Battery Source location was 20 min away from her home. Please report AAA and Battery Source is you need help from AAA and they refuse you a battery and tell you to buy it from Battery Source.

So, I just take it in on a hope. Guy takes one look, points an assistant to a spot on the shelf and bam, perfect replacement with 12 mo prorated warranty and and two month replacement. After tax, I saved $60 against replacing the entire box. Don't get no better 'en that!

I returned the battery to Interstate and asked for a refund on the defective Interstate battery. The store said the battery was good, but they would test it to make sure. Two weeks later, I received a voicemail from the Interstate store saying the battery was indeed bad. Again, I asked for a refund, but they refused and gave me a replacement battery which at that point I didn't need. In addition, on the receipt for the replacement battery, they entered customer "did not like" for the reason instead of defective battery. This store is dishonest, unaccommodating and obviously sells defective batteries. Avoid at all cost.

I described my issue and was told it would be best if I brought the phone in to determine the quote. I take time out of my day to go to store where I am informed they need information from the box or cell provider to order the correct parts because they do not know what the model the phone is. Why could you not tell me that over the phone? If this how the beginning of a business transaction starts I would hate to see the end result. I wasted an hour of my day for a service I did not receive. Tighten up.
