Mark's Greenhouse sold me 3 scoops of raised bed soil on Thursday, with promises to deliver on Monday. They had none on their lot even as they charged me for some, and now they have no idea when the soil will arrive. Customers have been inconvenienced - last week I had the possibility of getting a friend with a pickup to go to Barber's for some of their soil. And, now I will have to do that anyway on my own. I am a 74-year old woman. This is not good for my health. Customer service rep was curt and threw her problem in dealing with her supplier back at me. Their incompetence is not my problem.NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!
