They gave me back almost all of my damage deposit. I did spill a little wine on the carpet, but they did not overcharge for that. We are very happy in our two bedroom. Every time we renew our lease they keep the increase as small as possible. We feel safe and welcome. The neighbors are great and our little dog is always acknowledged by the maintenance team.
