They had a troubled dog that would bark for hours in the middle of the night, keeping me awake, even with earplugs in. The tenant below me would be working on his truck in the garage even at 11 o'clock at night and he would slam his garage door so hard it would shake the floor in my upper apartment. They also loved playing loud music. It was just never peaceful for me once they moved in. On top of that, another one of the residents would creep on me, always walking by my apartment and dingdong ditching me. On top of that, one of the tenants in the apartment complex next-door watched me walk home and found out where I lived. He came over drunk to my apartment one night. I did not feel safe here anymore on top of never having peace from the neighbors below me, and I got out of there as fast as I could. You may not have the same experience I did, but just be aware.

I have a lot of stuff so I had to upgrade to a two bedroom. The management was so kind to transfer my deposit to the new place and make the whole transition very easy! They gave me back almost all of my damage deposit. I did spill a little wine on the carpet, but they did not overcharge for that. We are very happy in our two bedroom. Every time we renew our lease they keep the increase as small as possible. We feel safe and welcome. The neighbors are great and our little dog is always acknowledged by the maintenance team.
