I have taken this class 3 times now and I am in love with it. My teacher of choice is hands down Cori. Her picture isn't on the website but she does teach Wednesdays at 5:45pm. I leave her class feeling like I could go to the gym and work out for another hour and then do a yoga class to get stretched out. Her class is very well organized, and she's a great teacher.
I didn't have that great of a workout with April, so I wouldn't recommend her if you're starting out....or if you want to be able to drive home. I took her class once and I don't plan on taking it again. She focuses on one side of the body for a half hour and the other side for a half hour, you can only imagine how many times I needed to stop for water, jog in place, or sit in front of the fan. I never once caught my breath in her class unless I stopped completely....no strength to even jog in place. You could stay just for her warm up and be so wiped out you could go home.
When it comes to their monthly charge, it's pretty reasonable. Your first class is free, no strings attached. if you want to sign up it costs you $80.00, but goes to $55 monthly for your second month. They will automatically pull the money out of your account every month. The only down side is you must give them a 30 day notice before you cancel. read more
