I've been here a couple of times on my way to Lake Tahoe, and it's located where there is easy parking and a charming commercial district. The coaching have been great and the desk staff welcoming. The studio is a large rectangular space that I like, but the floor gets a bit crowded when the class is full and there are lots of weights being slung to and fro :-) Great location and I look forward to my next visit!

I was immediately put at ease when I met Coach Neda and so many welcoming members that first day. The workouts are fun, but hard, but all the coaches do a great job showing modified exercises to meet you where you're at. Aside from the exercise part, what makes this gym so special is the amazing community of women of all ages. In the 13 months since I've be going to PUSH, not only have I gained so much endurance and strength, and lost over 35lbs and seen amazing changes to my health stats (BMI down and blood pressure now optimal), I have made so many new friends.
