The correction was made, but nobody told us beforehand that we would be charged to fix something that wasn't done the way we asked the first time. When I questioned the charge, the man at the front counter immediately became rude and confrontational. He was disrespectful to my wife on the phone and just as rude to me in person. I wasn't arguing about the money--I simply wanted to know why I was being charged to correct a service that did not meet my original request. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he told me the service would be free and then told me to find another groomer. When I calmly explained my concerns, he became angry and threw me out of the business. At no point did I raise my voice, use profanity, or behave in a disrespectful manner. I simply asked a reasonable question and was treated like I was the problem. The issue was never the cost. Had I been told upfront that there would be a charge, I would have paid it without hesitation. The real problem was the complete lack of communication and the shocking level of hostility that followed. What makes this even more disappointing is that this business is located in an affluent neighborhood where you would expect a higher standard of professionalism and customer service. Sitting here afterward, I can't help but wonder if I was treated differently because I didn't fit the image of the typical customer in that neighborhood--or perhaps I simply didn't look wealthy enough. I have no way of knowing the employee's motives, and I'm not making that accusation as a fact. What I do know is that I was treated with a level of disrespect that no customer should ever experience. I will never return and will make sure others know about my experience. After this interaction, I understand why multiple former employees warned me to stay away from this place. If the business chooses to respond, that's their right, but these are the facts exactly as they happened.

Op is an extremely picky eater. The staff worked diligently with me, tested different approaches, adjusted his meals and schedule, and created a specialized feeding and diet-management routine based on how he actually responded. He now loves his food routine and eats like a horse. The eating problems I had before his stay have been completely managed. Their amazing dog-grooming and nail-trimming team solved another problem. Op had been constantly itching, and I was reaching the point where I thought medication might be our next option. After trying several things, they found exactly the right shampoo and skin-care routine for him. Once they began grooming him regularly with the right products, his itching stopped. He now looks and feels fantastic. The daily report cards were one of my favorite parts of his stay!! They included pictures and short videos, which honestly thrilled me. More importantly, they showed employees actively engaging with the dogs, reinforcing good behavior, and calmly redirecting play when needed. I was particularly impressed when those interactions had nothing to do with Opie. It demonstrated that their dog training, behavior management, and careful supervision weren't being performed for my benefit--it was simply how they cared for every dog. Some team members have reportedly been with Bed & Biscuits for 10, 20, or even 30-plus years. They understand canine body language and group dynamics, know which dogs interact well, supervise group play closely, and mentor newer employees. The team also supported OP through individual dog walks, one-on-one attention, training, and canine enrichment programs designed to keep him physically active, mentally stimulated, and emotionally comfortable. Their ANNUAL WATER DOGGY DAY was something truly special! Op loves, loves, loves water and other dogs. The team created an entire water playground with sprinklers, pools, and activities everywhere. The pictures were ridiculously cute. He looked like he had arrived in doggy Disneyland. I unexpectedly met the owner, Meghan, when I called to check on Op. She is delightful person and unquestionably an animal whisperer. She seems relentless curious and deeply committed to searching for better products, smarter programs, and new ways to support dogs' physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I cannot speak highly enough of her and her staffs commitment to my dog while he was there. A huge thank-you to every person on the team who helped Op throughout those 66 days. They didn't merely watch him--they observed him, learned who he was, identified problems, tested solutions, and gave him what he needed. I really appreciate it. Being separated for that long was very hard, I worried a lot. But Op is young, energetic, and LOVED being at Bed & Biscuits! I honestly believe these may have been 66 of the happiest days of his young life. He didn't merely stay safe. He thrived. He Partied. He Learned. He Grew. He has way to many girlfriends Bed & Biscuits has not only earned my complete trust; they have earned my full respect. Debbie sends me pictures of CoCo on her walks which is very reassuring and nice to see in the middle of a work day.. really brightens my day to see our dog having a good time and in good company. Debbie is cautious of other dogs when on a walk with CoCo which I appreciate since CoCo is a little weary of other dogs on lash sometimes. I was very pleased that she was happy to take both my dogs in for the week. I really appreciated her pick up and drop off service because it made preparing to travel much less stressful. Brittany is just as excited (if not more) to see my dogs as they are to see her. I enjoy that they get plenty of exercise and socialization when in her care. She always sends pictures and updates when I've been away. Her prices are reasonable. Brittany is friendly and professional. I have used Brittany multiple times and she is now my initial contact for taking care of my kiddos.
