This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had…read more We brought our dog back to have his legs trimmed the way we originally requested during his first grooming. The correction was made, but nobody told us beforehand that we would be charged to fix something that wasn't done the way we asked the first time. When I questioned the charge, the man at the front counter immediately became rude and confrontational. He was disrespectful to my wife on the phone and just as rude to me in person. I wasn't arguing about the money--I simply wanted to know why I was being charged to correct a service that did not meet my original request. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he told me the service would be free and then told me to find another groomer. When I calmly explained my concerns, he became angry and threw me out of the business. At no point did I raise my voice, use profanity, or behave in a disrespectful manner. I simply asked a reasonable question and was treated like I was the problem. The issue was never the cost. Had I been told upfront that there would be a charge, I would have paid it without hesitation. The real problem was the complete lack of communication and the shocking level of hostility that followed. What makes this even more disappointing is that this business is located in an affluent neighborhood where you would expect a higher standard of professionalism and customer service. Sitting here afterward, I can't help but wonder if I was treated differently because I didn't fit the image of the typical customer in that neighborhood--or perhaps I simply didn't look wealthy enough. I have no way of knowing the employee's motives, and I'm not making that accusation as a fact. What I do know is that I was treated with a level of disrespect that no customer should ever experience. I will never return and will make sure others know about my experience. After this interaction, I understand why multiple former employees warned me to stay away from this place. If the business chooses to respond, that's their right, but these are the facts exactly as they happened.

The supplies were nice and it was a very positive experience for my rescues first bath! They answered all my questions and there was no wait time. People are very respectful in the space and the treat selection is nice! My boy doesn't like any treats really (besides chicken. He LOVES chicken) and he found his new favourite treat in their chicken jerky. Asian owned and run. Great small business that's affordable and accessible to everyone!

Our dog is a rescue and he gets very nervous when meeting new people outside of home. Janice took time to bond with him before grooming. And I could tell she did a very good job. Our dog was relaxed and happy when I went to pick him up. We wanted to try a new groomer because the other local grooming salon we went didn't give a good clean cut and the environment was very stressful, as we hear dogs barking and crying every time we drop him off. He ate through the wood on my stairs and carpet. I was so beside myself on what to do. I was told about this K-9 Training Camp in the beautiful Santa Cruz mountains. It was an amazing drive there. So beautiful. My puppy stayed a month in Boot Camp and he was well trained by the best!!! My dog is so behaved and I am so grateful. He understands commands.
