I came with my high school best friend, the one who is getting married, her mom and our other friend from high school. We came in for her appointment time and were immediately assisted. I didn't get the employee's name but she was super helpful! She offered us drinks as we browsed around for bestie's dress and she made wonderful suggestions. The staff here is amazing. Not only was it easy to schedule an appointment but they make you and your party feel so welcome. They don't judge, just help provide an amazing experience from start to end. We had an appointment here in December while my family was in town to pick out a dress. They have a very large selection and the space felt private. I brought in examples of what I was looking for (knowing my dream dress was not there but wanted something close) or things similar and we walked around the shop and picked out several dresses to try on. They help every step of the way and give advice and recommendations without hovering or pressuring you into anything. I think by the third dress I was saying yes to it. They even have a cute sign to pose with and fake bouquet you can hold to really envision if it's your dress or not. They had mimosas for my family while they waited and provided top notch customer service the entire time. I had two other dress appointments at other shops not knowing I would find the one and canceled those. They gave us a great deal and even welcomed me to the family by having me sign their honorary wedding dress for brides who say yes there. Although I did find a beautiful dress and a nice salesperson, that's where the good experience ended. I was told to order a dress that was 4 sizes too big despite letting them know ahead of time that I planned to lose weight and wanted a tight fit. I trusted their recommendation since they do this everyday and I ended up paying almost as much in alterations as the cost of my dress. Alterations became so stressful and took up until the week of my wedding to get right. I went in on 9/28 and this was the very first place I went to look for a dress after someone recommend I go here. I was so happy I did! The girls there were so attentive and sensitive to everything I asked for and all the things I was insecure about myself. They listened and helped me find my dress so quickly!
