My husband and I purchased new countertops from here after painting our cabinets over the summer…read moreand we can't get enough of them! Our kitchen screamed 1980's and we hated it. After getting a few quotes for the job, Signature Countertops was the best option for what we were wanting. I drove from Indianapolis to take a look at everything they had in their warehouse. Bailey was super helpful throughout the entire process. I had some photos of things I liked and she guided me through some options that were similar and in our budget. I ended up purchasing the Thunder Mountain granite. We purchased an under-mount sink from them as well. 2 weeks later someone came out to measure everything before they did the final cutting of it and 2 weeks after that we had it installed! It was so much faster than I expected. The guy who measured and the 2 guys who installed were quick, very professional, and offered to clean up the floors and things afterwards. Definitely would recommend them for a job any day!

I contacted Ryan Frederick, and he and the insurance adjuster came, assessed the damage and in just a few days all the materials were delivered, and the roofing crew started two days later. It only took one day to get rid of the old roof, and install the new roof and clean up all their mess. I was very impressed. The same way with the siding crew, they were all very friendly and explained, what was taking place and what and when they would finish. I was very pleased with the entire job. It all looks great and I and my wife are so satisfied with the completed job on our home.

If you want a great sales rep you can work here. If you…read morewant good customer service when you are spending $20000 then that's a whole other story. I am giving three stars because of the average here. Branden was a phenomenal and very helpful sales rep that got me what I wanted for 3 properties that I am redoing kitchens on. I put down deposits on the stone to make sure it didn't get resold and then the cabinets templated. When it came to scheduling all of this that's where it went wrong. Emily was very unprofessional and touts her past experience in the granite business while being rude and disrespectful. I was told I was having a kitchen install done on a Wednesday afternoon and Friday afternoon I was finally called to tell me there was a problem. We fixed the problem that afternoon and am now just waiting on an install date for this project that has been paid for, it's Monday and I am not back on the schedule. Then another property was supposed to be on the schedule for templates on Monday and it got taken off and had I not called to find out what time they would be there, I wouldn't have known there was an issue with them not coming at all. Emily is apparently the end all be all of this company and was super quick To say she would rather refund my money and have me go to another company then solve the problem or not be rude. Don't spend your money here. Find someone with a better business sense and go with them. These people specifically Emily, don't care about your timelines or concerns or their own integrity. I will never do business with them again because of Emily.
