Service was scheduled quickly and our new water heater arrived in time for the plumber. The initial service took a few hours and our assigned plumber was very friendly and helpful to answer my husband's questions. I was working from home and appreciated the interruption and sound was minimal. We did notice a bit of water leakage the following day. While disappointed we needed to spend more time on service, Nine Line came out immediately and replaced a bit of piping that was too weak for the new water heater. After the plumber finished the master plumber came out as well for a final evaluation. We had a bit of an up-charge for the larger water heater. Payment was simple and we have a top of the line brand. Our water pressure and temperature has been wonderful. So thankful for a smooth experience!

I took off the spout my with them there ( they had never seen a vessel faucet before- per him) tried to take off the hex lug to get to the cartridge and could not find the right size. they said sorry and left. I made the mistake of considering them for more work when their quote inadvertently had a nasty note in parenthesis " Beware, expect work for free". NO, we expected you to fix your jackleg's screw up without charging us more. Hindsight, we should've billed them for the extra work we had to do to tear out and patch back new tile work. They were paid immediately in full for each invoice we were ever given.

Conclusion I was over charged to begin with then had piss poor service for him to charge me what he advertises to clear a drain anyways!! He shared wit and wisdom of what to expect and I feel like the cost was reasonable at 150 to replace whatever the piece was that they had to replace that had rotted.
