However after being tired off about this shop we headed out here to see what it had to offer. The shop is near Warrington but a little further on. It's a good size and very discreet and private. Some places I went to were so small people could loom in the window and see you trying on the dresses which I didn't like. The staff are absolutely lovely and so helpful. They worked to my budget and didn't rush us like other places did. They have a great range of dresses to suit all budgets. At the back there is a huge range of sample dresses if you don't want to spend a couple of mortgage payments on a dress. They also have lots of head pieces and veils so you can try a whole outfit if you wish. I ended up buying a dress, veil and head piece for a great price and it was THE perfect dress. Highly highly recommended f you are after a dress. So much choice and the best customer service.

On…read moremy first visit I chose my dress & returned the next day & paid £700 off the balance (I had saved up for ages to do this. It was clear from this first visit they are simply money minded & not concerned at all of your bridal experience, 6 month later I doubted my dress & need to try on again to be 100% ...On my second visit I was told I needed to pay another £400, so not expecting this I put it on my credit card, then having done the math as I had already paid half as a deposit, questioned it. The server had read my notes backwards & instead of apologising having made the mistake, trying to make light of it by commented "oh that's nice for you, you'll have it paid off quicker" Not really what I needed as it was early December just before Christmas & I was ahead with my payments anyway. Not really impressed with this but there was nothing I could do about it, I was then taken to the counter & had it explained to me that I was 1Inch between sizes of the usual & the plus size of which you have to pay another £100 for the extra fabric, apparently the server just chucks money at anything, but it was up to me. I refused the extra cost & larger dress size as I was sure I could lose 1inch before my fitting. So, I left that day feeling fat & disappointed that I had paid more off my dress than I needed to. Not really have the amazing happy bridal experience of buying your dress. On my 4th return to try my dress for the first time, I was slightly panicking because I hadn't lost any weight & I was really worried that this inch over the ordered dress size would mean it would fit, maybe I wouldn't even get in it & would have to crash diet. The Dress is huge on me...at least 2-3 sizes too big on my waist & bust, it's safe to say I'm pretty livid & so relieved I didn't listen to the server. I would have paid another £100 for no reason for them to have to take all the fabric away again, to add insult to injury they then wanted to add on another £40 charge to store & steam my dress. It's safe to say I am disgusted with the store & the whole experience. & just wish I had bought the same dress elsewhere. Bethany Hannah have totally ruined my wedding dress experience. I have had to take the dress elsewhere for my alterations.

However, I was somewhat pressurised into putting a deposit down, a deposit I was not informed couldn't be returned. My wedding got cancelled for very personal and distressing reasons and beryl advised she does not give refunds so they have my £100 deposit in a dress they put not cost out on and will put back out to be sold again. This is a terrible example of customer service where all she seems interested in is getting money and not the customer. I will not be telling my friends and family to use this company.

That time has come where I've had to look for items for our wedding; we saw these guys at a wedding fair and popped in to look at the suit hire. When we got there, we hadn't made an appointment but were made to feel really welcome, we spent ages looking at the suits and even though the staff were busy with a fitting, they were still really helpful. They also had a large selection of wedding dresses so last week when I went looking, we popped in off spec. I wasn't expecting to find anything but when we walked in, we were made to feel so welcome, we picked out some dresses, and they had some offers on as well so can have dresses to suit every budget. I tried 3 on and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I loved one dress but couldn't decide on the spot (it was a sample in my size) so they reserved it to let me make a decision. When I went back the next day, service was still top notch, I tried the dress on and nothing was too much trouble. We're going to go back and get the men's hire from there as prices are reasonable and there's a massive choice of styles and colours. They really have taken some of the stress out of wedding shopping!

The service is brilliant and the staff are so helpful and polite. I picked as many dresses I liked to try on and then the staff chose some that they thought would suit me in the end I chose the one that I first clapped eyes on. The lady let me try it on as many times as I wanted so I was sure on my decision and she also let me try on accessories to see what would match with the dress. After choosing your dress they give you all the information you need about when your dress will come and suitable seamstresses to get in touch with if you need it altering. I went to pick my wedding dress a few weeks ago and the staff were so nice yet again and they helped me to pick out a veil which I picked up yesterday, the gentleman was so nice and wished me luck on my wedding day and I told him I would reccomend the shop anytime to anyone who was getting married and my friend went for an appointment yesterday as i reccomended it so highly. I will definietly be putting photos on their website from my wedding day and I don't understand anyone who would write a bad review about this shop and the staff, all I would say is that it wasn't an actual bride who has visited the shop but another rival wedding dress shop who are jelous of all the praise and business that this shop gets. The staff member I spoke to was friendly and gave good advice in regards to the alterations that were required. The quotation was very competitive and my order to be completed within a very reasonable seven days. My order was completed within this time span and I am very pleased with the finished garment that the seamstress has achieved. She was going to charge me for the re-repair until I explained that we had never had this problem elsewhere. She reluctantly agreed for them to redo the sewing for no charge. I found her to be very badly mannered with poor customer service. Won't be returning and would not recommend.

They have gifts of all sizes and prices and are more than happy to make flower arrangement to the cost of your wishes. They also do deliveries to local areas and one of their main services is decorating weddings and function rooms.
